At this point, I'd say that you're projecting one specific path that you've chosen.
You can help as Alan in both cases. You can help as him in one test out of two aswell.
Key event is probably the kiss with Anna.
Same goes to key mechanics with choices. Help - Clara gets penalty. Don't help - Clara gets upset, but earns rep.
The key with getting happy finale will probably be to balance it out between these two.

If you chose the corruption throughout, Clara will get more corrupted as shown by how she allowed Leon to go further with the massage compared to the path where Alan remained a supportive husband where she stopped Leon from continuing the massage.
This proves that being the supportive husband has the highest chance of having a happy ending with Clara. But of course this includes rejecting Anna's advances as well.
Clara enjoys her job and the thrill she gets from it. Sex or intense situation stimulates that thrill and that is probably why she loses it a bit when indulging in lewd things. Alan is confused cause Clara has never been upset at him like this before and certainly not over small things. This puts him under stress and with Anna making her move while he is vulnerable makes things even more intense. If he accepts Anna's advances then he and Clara will drift apart further I am sure.
So it depends on us if we can stay true to Clara even if things seem unfair. That is one way I think we can get a happy ending.

Unless the dude behind writing may want to surprise us and make something unconventional, the things are pretty obvious. Leon's either triple agent or behind whole "X" profile. His dad isn't dead, but alive and is either the main guy at big bad agency or the one assisting Leon as X so that nobody gets suspicious. Cliches here and there.
If Leon is the main candidate for stealing Clara, the best way to write down the path with Alan losing Clara to Leon would be because of himself. Not because of giant dick, looks or smart-ass strategy. Just the stuff with Leon actually being the guy who has changed for good, but MC, who just can't get over the past and gets more and more jealous and starts seeing something that's not there until he himself makes Clara to give up on him("overly jealous boyfriend" stuff etc) and eventually fall for Leon would've been a breath of fresh air in this particular subgenre.
But:
1) Unless paths are planned as the ones in BaDIK, where path = each LI(probably not), then writing a path like that and somehow make it fit well with "task/penalty" stuff would require a very good skill in that.
2) That's probably just me and my wishful thinking.
