‘The Promise…’ is promising. I like this type of stories with, say, slice of life (no zombies or superpowers), slow burn, options that matter… Even if they are not perfect (yet?).

With regard to the graphics, the author’s inspiration is clear – and this is ok, though the game is not in the same league as at least some games that could serve as an inspiration (due to e.g. static images, minimal changes of face expressions, some renders that apparently have distorted proportions, too small differences between the models).

The plot: we are at an early stage yet. Could be good; we will see later. As for erotic/porn game, the content is still modest (pun intended).

However, the biggest problem is with the dialogues. Not even with the language, though one may say that the game contains mainly a sort of school English. Unfortunately, the dialogues sound very artificial or naive. People do not talk like that in real life. The conversations are long, boring and quite often they do not move the action forward.

At the current stage of development I would assign three stars but one more can be awarded for the game’s potential – especially that I have the impression that the game is getting a bit better with subsequent updates (the most annoying dialogues are in the beginning).

I've never seen a developer intentionally tank his own creation to such an extent. A Wife's Phone is a NTR 'texting' game with embedded real-porn vids and pictures, focusing heavily on interracial kinks. There used to be a ton of flexibility and decisions for players to pick and choose what they liked and didn't like.

In recent updates, however, the dev has stripped away all customization and placed the game on three or four linear paths: Cuck/Sissy/Alpha/Transformation. You pick one of those paths, and then the game carries on with little to no input from the player. For a game with a massive amount of 'clicking' (I'm not exaggerating, carpal tunnel awaits if you try multiple playthroughs), this is an incredibly poor decision.

I would have given this 4-4.5 stars as of v.4.5. As it currently stands, at v.4.8? Give it a pass. There are plenty of NTR games that don't take hours and hours to deprive you of any ability to impact the game.

As for 1.15.2 The game is great. But it was a bit overwhelming for me. The Hunger stat despite going up real quick does not in fact kills you as soon as it reaches 100% but it affect heroine mind first. I did not know that. There is a chance the game told me that and I forgot, but I doubt it. Because of that I have this uncomfortable feeling of missing some events since I was too focused on hunger, leaving my stats behind. The art is great, but there are still a lot of placeholders. The story is creative, but for now I have a feeling that there is still not much to say about it, since there's just an intro and I have not encountered any significant events after that. I'll come back here later when the game will be much further in development, but for now I have high hopes for this title.

I'd seen this one lingering around and decided to give it a try. This isn't a game, it's a massive "work in progress" sign. It will take you 5 minutes of gameplay to reach a point where you already start to see incomplete options, menus, and routes.

It's senseless... The game throws complete curveballs out of nowhere that add "new" layers of content without even finishing older content.
You meet a crazy chick, pick her route, it's whoring/sharing congratulations I kid you not you've now deleted one of your harem members. Oh a new girl, cutesy big tits, let's whore her out too... and now she's perpetually sitting in your room because that route also isn't done, after... 4 years.

Oh and now there's a mansion you can buy!
Oh and now there's a cafe you can buy and have the girls whore themselves there!
Oh and now you're... teaching a class and there's punishments and corru...what..

If you're adamant about trying it, for you whore/sharing lovers the only properly fleshed out whore/sharing route is for the middle banner girl, Samantha. For the rest of you, I'd advise taking a look in the gallery to see if wathever route you want for a girl is implemented (i.e has more than 2 scenes) and working from there.

This game would easily be a solid 4 or perhaps a 5 if the game didn't have fundamental errors in the game mechanics regarding progression.

I don't mind grinding if it has a purpose and mean anything.
Money sure, to buy stuff or otherwise or stats with the women.
In this game you grind money to train how to pick locks and sneak perv, different levels for some different time of day and when it comes to sex you lose points when sex is initiated by a woman so you have to grind the stats again...
The time of day is also an issue, you miss an opportunity one day and you have to wait sometime another in game week to try again. The worst being the "masturbate to x woman" you have one go at this per week and there are a lot of women!

The renders are good but the women doesn't have any expressions and by standards of today the animations aren't that great either. The animations are too short basically.

The game if the failing mechanics are changed would be great as the other parts of the game has potential.

it is EXTREMELY hard to play this game with one hand. you will need to utilize the entire right side of a full keyboard.
UI is annoying to navigate.
many bugs; i believe it's possible to get soft-locked.
game is fairly easy and losing some battles makes the game permanently easier unfortunately.
losing to some bosses automatically defeats them which is not fun.

Story - Pretty good take on a "zombie apocalypse" style scenario but held back by how sparsley the story is spread between the gameplay and relationship building. Dialogue is better written than average but all girls share certain mannerisms that make them feel samey.

Characters - Some good ones including solid older models. After you get half of the girls it just falls off though and the girls after seem like meaningless extra bodies to have sex with as they get less story than the first girls. Would have preferred to see half of them cut and the time given to the earlier girls.

Sex scenes - Eh. The submission and trust paths have some nice variety but are limited, often quick and don't have many images. The repeatable scenes when talking to the girls are also terrible. One picture each and to get them you have to grind the same relationship stuff with each girl with copy pasted dialogue. They are not worth it at all.

Music - There is none and I can't even recall sound effects. You'd think they would at least include screams or zombie noises to add to the atmosphere in relevant scenes but nope.

Managing the girls and resources is fun at first but even on the highest difficulty is basically trivial by the end of Act 1 so it feels like more grind instead of fun.

2/5. Worth a go for any fans of sandbox/resource management but for anyone else there are better harem games, better zombie games etc. Only play if you don't have anything else like it on your list waiting.

The story is kinda bland and nothing special plus it doesnt help that the renders and animations are below average. This would be a decent play in 2017

The "son" MC is the typical creep, the step mom can be either slut or a good wife, the daughter is a slut, the dad can be a cheater.

Many of these are personal opinion. You may like it, after all, it's not a bad game. It's just not what I was expecting. Maybe 1.5 out of 5?

Lackluster is what I would call it, though not all bad.

STORY:
First off, the writer doesn't seem to be interested in building characters here, we're basically supposed to fill in the blanks with our knowledge of classical anime stereotypes. Not great.

The premise less than original, but while you could still TRY to do some interesting stuff with a superhero school, this game just ... doesn't. A normal human with a superhuman dick (nope, having a mutated limb somehow doesn't make you a real metahuman, somehow). That's the premise.

GAMEPLAY:
Not bad, per se, but more of the usual stuff. You get a "quest" and go to a person at a given time. There might be some mini-game and then you get a sex-scene. Simple, but uninspired.
Like a quiz about the game world, that has barely been estsablished yet Kinda makes the sand box useless. Also: well designed games like Persona wait to open the sandbox fully until much later, once introductions are done.
And finally, the sex-scenes escalate way too quickly. Again, a good game knows to take things slow at the beginnging, keep you intrigued. Show some skin. Later some kissing, groping, oral ....
But nope. This game blows its load right at the beginning and you have to wonder: where are you supposed to go from here?

VISUALS:
Very uneven. Some backgrounds look like they were made by AI or photos edited with a filter (the woods look like melted metal), others (the campus) seem to be hand-drawn - just not very well.
The character design is uneven, it seems like different artists designed the characters and while that might not bother everyone, it bothers me.
The xxx-scenes are partially animated and while they don't look terrible, they also don't blow me away.

CONVENIENCE:
Yes, you can't enable skipping in the options. Almost all Ren'py games have that option, but I guess this dialogue is just too good to be skipped.

Finally - if you want to be taken seriously as a developer - DON'T plaster your Patreon Link on the in-game UI. That's what the main screen is for.

Honestly for a first release I'm pretty hopeful. The game gives me Caribdis Eternum Vibes, not just the models/ui but even the writing and comedic timings. Harem is cute and can't wait to see what gets animated with em.

Oki, this.. game runs well through Proton 9.x.
It has animations, sounds, no glitches or something but anyway, it has a very poor realization, plus there is no FPS lock, graphics settings, so GPU will try to turn into a helicopter.

If you're familiar with 3D incest harem games, you probably think you know what you're getting into from the moment you saw "stepmom". It doesn't feel like the dev got the memo. I have a lot of minor gripes with this, but it would be serviceable if it didn't insist on focusing so much on your dad and stepmom sleeping around for some reason. That's right, it's not just a harem for the MC, everybody's sleeping with basically everyone! It makes the whole thing one messy polyhedron, and if you don't like a character, too bad! They probably have routes with at least the MC, dad, and stepmom, so you're gonna have to try hard to make them go away (if you even can. I'm not playing this again to check.)

The writing is bland, which isn't a surprise, but the sex scenes aren't worth it. They're about the most amateurishly rigged animations I've seen, and I've seen a lot of bad sex scenes. There's too much focus on the half of the cast I don't care about, and there aren't enough characters I DO want to see more of, let enough enough focus on them.

Maybe, MAYBE play this if you want a sandbox where you can have almost literally everyone hook up. If you aren't basically blowing your load just from the concept, there's nothing here that's gonna do it for you.

I just want to echo obromacare's review, that this game is just not worth playing on the basis of how hard it is. While your character has slow wind-ups and wind-downs for all of her attacks, enemies can execute frame perfect grabs and hits that take the control away from your character, every encounter is turned into an annoying, repetitive flying kick, quick 1-2 and then pull back. If you lose your clothes, the combat is even shittier and less fun.

Now, admittedly the animations are very well done, and if you're a fan of hardcore, ryona content like me, then you'll love this game. But the game is just not worth it. The files come with an unlocked gallery for enemies and a save game with everything completed, so that's nice if you just want to watch stuff, but I'd rather watch a compilation of all scenes on a porn site.

This game is honestly very close to being great imo, but there's a few things that really hold it back. First off though I will say, there are a lot of scenes that look pretty good. If you're into exhibitionism as well, this game has a lot of content for you. Additionally, I think that while the 60 day limit is kinda tight, you can certainly still see a lot of scenes in the first playthrough.

The main problem is the lack of direction, some may like the freedom of a sandbox game like this but the problem is, many times it can feel like you are wasting your time grinding for no reason. At the start of the game it is really hard to level any of the "skills" as many of the jobs and events that do level those skills are locked behind very high requirements. (The easiest way I've found is to run around every location and find chests that give either money or items to increase skills.)
Additionally, there is almost no information given about how an event effects time. Most jobs in the day set the time to night, and night jobs skip to the next day after, but in some cases day jobs or daytime events will skip straight to the next day, and be especially careful once you level your exhibitionism enough, as the jail event will skip 5 whole days.
There's also a decent amount of bugs and seemingly unreachable content, with many scenes not activating despite having the correct clothing or high enough stats. Some spots also have hidden stat requirements (eg the sex shop in the northern town) and you really just have to keep checking to see if you've met them.

Overall, I think this game could be fantastic if someone could mod in some QOL changes, but for now it just requires a bit too much gameplay optimization.

It's getting worse with each update. It promised to be a great game, but it turned out terrible. The lack of an idea for a plot and the author's laziness are obvious. The game became uninteresting, boring and pathetic.

This game had a very good if not one of the best potentiality to become a good naruto game however the lack of more detailed instruction of how to advance the questline for each character has only been tuned down to just a few mere words. This is especially frustrating because many times you end up being a headless chicken running throughout village hoping to stumble on something. So unless, a detailed guide or quest guide in game in made, I hardly doubt if this game is really worth the time or not.
The scenes are the only thing good about this game. storyline below average.

This game has real potential but it hasn't been updated in a while so I hope the dev didn't bail on this game.

Pros:
- Two milfs to get with (one is your mother)
- Small day and night cycle that works well
- No real grind which is nice
- Unique pixel-like art which works great

Cons:
- You don't really know when the game ends since it's unfinished
- The map is incredibly small, I hope it gets expanded in future updates
- I don't know if there's a gallery setting or not, I couldn't find one so if someone does please let me know I may just be dumb

I hope the game gets more updates because it's extremely promising. It has a couple hours of content if you wanna try it out.

It was the first game of the genre for me and oh boy its everything RPG Maker games was lacking in my opinion.
The combat is fun, combo make it visually appealing.
The story is not crazy good but it can be really fun.
I finished the game for the first time after 6 hours and with virgin route. I lost myself in the game for several hours.
I only disliked the never ending dungeon at the end
