Do you have the RPG Maker Plugin setup along with Joiplay? It's necessary to have it if you wanna run any RPGM games on your phone.

It works for me in the way I pointed out. You can refer to this thread if you need more help.
You can also try this fix from earlier but I didn't need to use it to make it work so don't know if it'll work for you.

If you only wanted cheats you can try this to see if it works for you instead of mtool.
