Cow Farm Story line is still WIP(in fact, I'm working on it right now, as we speak.)
As for Odd Cossack, he does not need to be given Vodka, he just wants some.
In order to access his storyline however.... here's a tip, look here when Liz is pregnant.

I've had same issue with Zadke, though it rarely happens.
Also when going to Complainer Matt (first Inn) on naked preg condition, Liz's event sprite doesn't appear to be pregnant.

Dennis bug is very rarely to happens. Once the game is restarted it's all fine, for me at least..
As for Complainer Matt I think it could be a miscript or something likely..
Here is Lizs wearing and corruption count, but I think the issue was could be on using wrong picture sprite named "67-胸もみ1 表情3"
the bar maid costume is not working when liz is pregnent, it ia not showing in the equip tab too.. it is just disappearing and after the birth it is available again.. can you check it once !!

That's on purpose. some items are preg-ready, while others aren't.
I couldn't edit every clothing to work when Liz is pregnant. Case in point, corsets.
So instead of letting players wear it during pregnancy.
I decided to I locked it out to avoid visual inconsistencies.
noted I might need to add that to armor/clothing descriptions.
