Yes. Most DAZ assets are sold/given away with a license that allow you to make money of them, as long as you aren't just reselling the models and stuff itself. Not everyone follows the rules of course and I'm sure there are a fair number of pirated assets out there, but those who do use them are committing a crime and can have their game shut down at any minute, or worse.
It's not copyright free. As far as I'm aware there exists a a semi-official "verbal contract" between the developer and the public that you are allowed to make games from it. Technically, at any moment they probably could force every game made in Honey Select to shut down. And if you use mods you fall into the same territory as using Skyrim. But I think the community there generally allow and expect that and are okay with it. Unlike Skyrim where most mods are more meant strictly for playing rather than making art.
Mostly that falls into parody and therefore fair use. But it's also a bit of a legal grey area. Only the court room can decide what is fair use and not. Some companies like Nintendo go full berserker to try and go after that stuff. A lot don't give a fuck or value their reputation over going after randoms making porn games and other parodies.
If they distribute them. it's a crime, unless the creator gave the go ahead. Which I assume most do.
If you crated 100% of the assets yourself, including character models, architecture, clutter, textures, and so on. it's an untested legal area as far as I know. It could go either way, probably in your favor since you are only using their rendering tech and freely distributed tools. If you use someone else art without explicit permission, it's a crime.
Overall you probably don't have to worry too much either way, there is a 99% chance your game won't become popular enough to get on anyone's radar. Granted stealing art from people who don't want you to is an asshole move. But: If in doubt. Don't monetize.
