But this fetish does not even make sense biologically. It can never be done in real life and even those 3 fetishes you named have been done in real life.
I wanted to specifically ask the people who love this why this is so arousing to them.

I don't understand it either but I just decided that sometimes you gotta take things at face value, this is one of those you can't really explain it would seem.
