It's so obvious that Vici is milking his supporters. Isn't $50,000 a month more than enough to afford an entire team of animators? Does it really take two whole years to make one single 20-minute video? I'd understand if he was working on multiple projects at once, but hasn't this video been the main focus ever since production began? Crazy how people are still handing over their money to this guy.

I swear that at this point I would prefer seeing a percentage of the work done than random guesses, better seeing a 95.0% to 95.5% in two weeks than 'Two weeks have passed and we still didn't finish it but we are REALLY CLOSE to the ending FOR SURE'

Its almost as if gooners either:
A. Dont give a shit
B. Subbed to so many that they barely notice a hiatus from just one creator.
C. Are not privy to sites like this one where its not a circle jerk echo chamber like the discord.

Delusion and faith are powerful(and scary) things. Also new people wont even look into the history of posts, they just see "new anim coming soon!" and blindly sub.

Shirakami was arrested like more than 5 months ago and still has 400 paid monthly subs. It's probably this especially since most people just autopay credit cards instead of getting old school paper bills to see what you were paying for

He is Chinese and lives in China, and last year there was a porn crackdown in China. Many creators from China went inactive or straight-up deleted their accounts at that time.
But rumor has it that he was arrested for tax evasion and the "arrested because of porn is a cover-up". But a rumor is a rumor.
