They said on march 14 they were aiming for a release in about 2 weeks, what was your prediction then? You knew it was going to be over a month minimum?
What about when they said release was about 5-7 weeks away in april 2023, so you knew right then and there it was going to take them another year?

We get it shit happens, people miss deadlines. The problem is they LIE non-stop about it every single week.

Ok cool its great to know SOMETHING from the progress but being real honest here and this isnt to cause another scandal.

Dont you think its a bit rude to paywall the information regarding the status of Fischl X Slime on their exclusive discord and leave the non patreons in kahoots losing their shit because nothing has been posted at all on their social platforms? Because if i remember correctly you have to atleast be a member to get the discord benefits.

Again, none of this wouldve happen if they didnt kept going on about coming soon and coming soon, im well aware they know this mistake, they themselves said it, but due to this cause you also have people hooked up on it impatiently waiting for an answer ON THEIR MAIN social account aka Twitter because sadly to be blunt not every fan of vicineko knows who riizuwu is replying currently to comments on patreon. TL;DR its all lack of communication over again.

i really hope this is a joke of sorts because no one at least on this thread (except one fool that started insulting for stupid reasons that got reported) is malding about something that is gonna be free regardless. Most here are only frustrated by how they dealt with the schedules and nothing being said afterwards except on their discord apparently, nothing really wrong about stating the facts here, but if you wanna see it that way then fine, we all have different views on this respectfully.

Yeah i dont understand what in the hell are you trying to say. You talk about how its about communication with the community (which in this case the discord is where most of his "active" community is) and how its bad for they to paywalled their discord? I guess your frustration came from where they announce the status of the project which most only on patreon and discord. Also from the way he stop replying to the patreon "final push" post (its a free post) is probably because he doesnt want us to get into his head and fucking everything up, and he just posted an update in which i shall wait till its leak cus i aint paying shit no more.

Also do it from scratch make your own models than tell me how it does not take a long time to make a very long animation. 30 years ago I use to take a simple 2D Logo than extrude to 3D with Vector Graphics. Import that vector graphic into LightWave than animate it's motion and it would take over 8 hours to render a 30 second animation after creating the animation itself that was just the render time.

These were than put on for commercials on Cable TV. This was the type of work we did for commercials for a living. Most of the time was sitting and waiting on renders to make sure they did not stall or crash. Now what hardware can do is just amazing compared back than, but even so it still takes a lot of time to create these original animations!

They said 2 weeks ago animation is 100% done, so they are spending 2 weeks+ just on sound which is insane

Well they just recently posted on patreon but now you gotta pay to see the update info (what will you lose for a work that will be free lol?) that legit has no video or image that leak his work lol its good they responded so far but its still stupid how they decided to respond XD. If anyone is willing to share the info then youd do many a favor and SURELY the fight here will stop. I myself am done arguing about this because even i find this whole thing ridiculous ill just wait till it releases and move on because im sure they learned from this mess theyve caused that couldve been prevented.

Dude always posting his work for free, and if they do delay the release / miscalculate the deadline, what's the problem with you all the haters ? You don't even need to sub to patreon for the vid itself, and even if you do you can sub at release and then dip for 1 month.

People make mistake yes, and is this scandalous ? No, he's even always show his work on discord with actual proper progress. Dude maybe a perfectionist but at least HE DID what he want, and deliver the product as best as he can, and accomplish the expectation about the project.

Tired of waiting ? Then don't. Just forget about this little porn and go on with your life. You want to support him or just curious ? That's great, just sub for a month and observe the situation.

If you go a similar route like Lazy Procrastinator does when he sacrifice SFX and paying Voice actor. A fully 1 minute 3D animations will take you 2-3 days if you know what you doing and have the right rig. I'm still puzzle how he was able to put out a 15 min long 3D animation within 2 week.
