Looks like a fun idea. The main character's appearance is a little rough, but it's for a 0.1 release, it's good enough. I don't like how jittery the "pressure" gauge is, personally, but that seems to be a recurring trend from your other games.

My only fear is that if you only expand just upon what's in the game at present, it's gonna get really boring really fast. Once you've fleshed out the inflation aspect and maybe expanded upon it some more (like a quick mini-game for operating the hand pump, or a way to increase your capacity for larger swells), maybe shifting part of the focus toward large insertions and belly distensions might be a neat plan... like going to the baseball field in the out-of-bounds area to insert a baseball bat and ball(s) inside yourself, maybe adding a bowling alley in a future update to sneak away with a bowling ball and pins, or oddly-shaped construction equipment like a sledgehammer from your neighbor's garage... or in the same vein as sitting on the fountain, maybe find yourself more stationary items to sit on, like doorknobs or stair banister decorations, working your way up to a nice thick safety bollard at a traffic crossing to slip right over.

Oh, and there's a part behind the fountain area where it's possible to softlock yourself by jumping onto the green benches, near the payphones. Maybe pushing that invisible boundary back a few units would prevent you from getting stuck in that area, as you could then just walk around in that small section.

I plan to add many NPCs to the town so you can indulge in endless lesbian sex and other stuff

Would really like it if the inflation was caused from having sex. Like intercourse with someone who has an abnormally large semen repository.

Does not have to lead to pregnancy.

I'm adding male characters into the next update (they are actually added but no interactions implemented yet). Although I'm not sure how hard it is to create sex animations in Unreal Engine.... I do want to add it tho

This is pretty amusing, and it sounds like future content updates will be fun.

One thing I noticed is that the hose attachment point on the character for anal inflation isn't actually where her anus is. Can that be fixed?

there's no anus bone yet unfortunately so I attached the hose to her hip bone, so if she turns a bit the hose looks like it is attached to her butt cheek instead, for now
