This is for the "Final" version of the game.
It's very clunky with attacks being able to miss entirely and your longest reaching attack being short range enough that standard enemies can hit you from the full reach of your kick attack.
Every attack seems to be capable of knocking you down, especially any attack from the level two boss, who will charge at you whenever you are in front of him, making the only way to beat him being to hit him once from as far away as possible before moving up or down to evade his charge.
Makes the fight take very long and makes it very much not entertaining.
This is overshadowed by the gruesome text of what is occurring.
I only saw one defeat scene and it was to the second level boss.
In this scene the character is obviously raped, but even more than that, each of her fingers are broken during the rape and twisted until they are effectively dead, to which he moves onto her hands as a whole.
The purpose of this sadism is to break her spirit and to make her "tighten up" even though she was a virgin.
I thought it was maybe a mistranslation on the title card on this page, but no, this game leans heavily into physical abuse in the sex scenes, so if you're not into the idea of a woman's fingers being broken and then twisted until they turn black, then I would avoid this game.
