The age isn't specified but 'Rule 7' refers to prepubescent characters i.e. haven't gone through puberty. Considering the boy is jerked off and looks past the point of puberty, I don't see anything wrong with this. There are far younger looking boys and especially girls (lolis) on this site that are approved. You should see the Japanese games on this site.

You have to finish the entire level 2 first and the nephew will tell you the key is under the couch.

ok so...what even are the 8 actions you can do in level 4? i cant find the last one, ive used the whip twice, played with him twice, used the prod twice, and the dildo once. what am i missing?
