I can't tell you exactly where it is. It's in your user profile, so depends on your (windows) username and whether you have changed user profile locations.
Within your user profile (you'll have to find that yourself) there will be an AppData folder, in that a Roaming folder, and in that the ベルゼブブ folder you need to find.

Are you sure it is one of the roaming folders cause I tried those and it wasn't there? I'm starting to wonder if the folder even exists now. Maybe something went wrong?

Okay, I know I'm late to the party but I finally decided to play this game after playing the 2nd one.. XD
After reading a guide on this board; I still can't understand how to trigger next extra scene for the nurse
I have triggered

• Scene 1 will trigger when you enter molest/wait mode on the train after making choice #1 for tw post #7
• Scene 2 will trigger the next time you reach school after tw post #8 is displayed (choice doesn't matter)

And based on Josba's guide, next step is:

• To trigger Scene 3 you must first attack Aoba (yes, a different girl!), then after that enter molest/wait mode on the train

I have done it, I even managed to enter the break phase after multiple time attacking her 1 only initial weakness
but nothing triggered after that.. Did I miss something?
