The work done on this game is impressive considering that they are a two man team on a small budget.
that progress report by Koda(?) is amazing, i would love if they kept doing a few lines like that for each month or two and releasing it with their spoiler image or with the update itself. the main criticism i had for ToT was how in the dark we were left with each delay. this does a perfect job of answering that. just knowing eventually we'd get an explanation would do a lot to minimise frustration i think. at least it would for me personally.
i didn't like Karen's prisoner system since i didnt care about any of the prisoners (nor any man in the game other than Ethan since Bowei and Koda are both het and this is a porn game afterall). the rest was great like the expanded content and main plot development. having something as complex as that prisoner system but with something i actually enjoy is exciting though. here's hoping 7F pays off!

Agree. It doesn't need to be an essay, but I think even a few sentences every now and again can work wonders. Maybe they say more on Discord (never been on there) but Patreon is where you go to support them financially...maybe copy over a few comments from Discord now and again if they do post more there, for those not on the Discord?

Could anybody elaborate on that? I've explored karen's content, but I'm not sure I've done whatever this person is talking about.
Anyway, I say let the creators set their own pace.
They are obviously not slacking off - pretty much every floor has new original mechanics which, obviously, come at a price of longer development.
Honestly, I applaud those guys for trying out new stuff instead of sticking to a formula.
They could have just made each floor identical, save for character CGs and dialogue, and it would be still be a decent H game, but they've set to create a masterpiece

Like others have said, they need to do more updates after they delay an update, and just in general. That was the true reason I'd be upset about the delays, just not knowing anything.
Also, I know I won't be the only one bringing this up, but Bo makes A LOT of money each month off his Patreon. Koda has said multiple times that he and Bo aren't professional coders....
So why not take some of that money, and look for employees? People who know RPGM better than them? Having a team instead of just two people would be far more efficient. They may only need, like, two more people to help out.
Sure, someone could say "it's not that simple", but honestly, it ain't too far from being that simple.

I replayed floor 6 like 10 times Amazing work so far EDIT: koda said that Bo was underwhelmed by the reaction to the Karen floor. I really did not get that feeling. At least here on F95 people have been really positive

I can definitely see what Bo meant with that, since I'm one of the people disappointed by 6F. My main gripe with it got hotfixed though, so now I just don't like Karen. I still think Roxy was worth 6F, but if that last part wasn't in it, I'd feel kinda bad at how much time went into 6F's development for something I didn't enjoy as much as other floors that were done waaay quicker and easier.I agree. From what we've seen so far I'd guess it's some sort of counter for how many times you've ejaculated to the boss (she seems to like drinking your... coconut oil), and once it reaches a high point she'll go full ninja kind of like a Power Ranger transformation
. Maybe that's too much like Cobra's stat stealing, though?

She is by far my favorite As for the new boss, that sounds awesome in my opinion

2500$ before taxes which they already have to split between them, which probably amounts to a monthly income of ~800-1000$ for each of them assuming they split 50:50. Flipping Burgers at McDonalds gets you more money than these two earn. People really need to learn about taxes.

My dad worked in a mine 14 hours a day and he charged the same as two guys doing a game for fun (they have a real job, at least Bo wei i read) yeah, it seems accurate...
Let's be honest, there are people outhere who charge much more for less work than them, ikr , but you cannot say the arent earning enough money for pay another guy.
