It sounds like there might be something later down the road that will give one of the girls more finality to her. But for now, it's just about progressing through the tower.
It'd be interesting if the player were presented with a choice (likely permanent) of which Mistress to settle on. Especially if it changed the interactions with/invoked the ire of the women you'd submitted to previously. Assuming a choice like that wouldn't just end the game right there in the first place.

If it's orgasm denial play with chastity, they can add it as scenes without too much trouble. If they make you wear chastity belt as equipment it would render many villainesses attacks useless, so combat would be problematic. Then again, some might refuse to battle like with pet mode. Also it opens new possibilities like winning to get the key to get out of it or gift it to someone else... Now I'm curious what's to come.
