We don't know if the non patreon version will be a full game release or a patch. Personally i think that it will be a patch for the censored version.

Hmmm... maybe because human society is currently FUBAR... when morals get mixed up with legality, then creativity is frowned upon when it falls somewhere inside those realms.
In general, it is "acceptable" to play a character in a game where you walk around & blow peoples heads off with any manner of weapons... yet if a character in a computer game wants to have sex with a relative, OMG!!!!!!
Maybe it's acceptable to kill people in a game because that sort of thing can tragically happen in real life... whereas it's not acceptable to have sex with a relative in a computer game as there is very little of that actually happening IRL. I know it does happen in some cultures but very little occurs in the western world.
I am generalizing here of course...

I, on the other hand, would prefer to play non-incest version. Without a real family bonds relationships and reactions of MC would make sense as for me incest is just bad for immersion and plot due to being so illogical. I kinda hope such a version will be as good as normal even tho I know it's forced and unlikely.

That's fine. I know it's popular. I just don't like it since for me it's one of the least realistic fetishes that are implemented everywhere in western games. If I have a choice I would pick any game without it. Especially sandbox that tries to simulate life a bit. Just my humble preference
