You mean Billy's mom? I'm pretty sure you can lure him out the house with gaming coupons you find in your mailbox. If you are talking about cosplay double BJ, no i dont think so.
Other than that Billy doesnt have much of a quest line. He is in game to support your stuff with ideas and items and you can pay/trade with him for those
I got a problem i cant get the the "Ask for glass of Water" scene after mowing the lawn for emma. I have enough relation with her. Could it be a Problem that i used Cheats? or is it a extreme rare Scene (tried it already 5-6 times)?

I my Opinion also Milf City and Twist are the best 2 with graphic and story line will story line in Porn games that you can answer yourself what you call a storyline then ok but just keep going with it at first it didn't like to much but the more I play it the better I got into and now always look forward to new update and my way one other way is most not to bad but only problem I find with it is lot bug but once bug are fix the game is also as good as the 2 as talkk about above my New Life

I don't think buying X is tied to Kira quest, can you buy it normally?

Sorry mate, perhaps I wat a bit unclear: Yes, you need it for Kira.
Before, I meant, I think you can get X without being on Kira quest or in 0.22 version. If you always get a bug that you can't get dialog option to buy X then you need to perhaps clear version of the game - download it again.
