God DAMMIT, enemies is incredible spongy. Its incredibly irritating, basic enemy require half of machine gun magazine so that he stop kicking. Is there are cheat for infinite ammo?
I'm not usually one for platformers as H-games but the art on this one is too great to pass up, I've gotta give this a try. Thanks for the upload OP!

Update, turns out there are no any penalty if you just run past enemies without killing them. Even more, it saves ammo for more powerful guns
From what i can tell you need to get h-grabbed by enemies several times, then the animation shows up in the gallery.
Possibly you also have to get a gameover by them.
Just dying to them is not enough, though!
There is minimal UI translation but nothing about the story is understandable in the least. You don't need it either, the game is strictly linear with backtracking.
You have to equip guns and mods in the inventory to make use of them. Enemies respawn when loading savegames, and later on when going through certain doors. Farming enemies for cash is possible but dumb, as the enemies are limitless but the items (including the shops) are not.
It's not hard by any stretch, though. After a sloggy start you have 4+ ammo types with several guns for each, some amazingly ammo efficient, and you have hundreds of rounds for all of them. Plus with the exception of bosses and later on enemies with guns you don't _have_ to fight anything, just dash past. A single exception i think when "saving" someone.

Was just about to say this myself, I've just been dashing past everything. Only penalty is not earning points, which are pretty much just for buying ammo anyway.
After me Tried to unlock all scenes I think the game is not done yet. This is what I think is save game100%.

From the village you have to keep going right until you reach some kind of bandit camp, theres a boss inside.
Then you return to the village to the room the girl and the guy were standing infront of, the one with the vendor inside, there is a door to the left of it now unlocked. Talk to girl again inside.
After that its down into the sewers. They eventually open into another lab. Once that is done (final boss i think?) you return to village and fight Sword Girl again. Then you talk to little girl again (younger clone of yourself?!) and then i have no clue - i think it is finished there.
My verdict:
I mean, for a porn game the gameplay is solid enough, unfortunately the porn part is kinda weak. The animations are basically just them twitching at each other.
