Well, it's always better to read the comments first, now you don't need to follow the game any further because Lisa gets a boyfriend, which makes it uninteresting, which is a shame
Ren'Py The Promise [v0.96] [Xagrim's Gameforge]
Honestly, I remember waaaaay back asking about how much impact his donators had on things, and remembering being told not much. This game could be so much better. Cut away a few of the characters, emphasize the drama of things, like how much effort is needed to move into the new city, and concentrate more on his wife and Lisa and a few others. To the point where you can leave your wife for one of them, including Lisa, maybe. That would make it a lot better. But the author doesn't really listen.
At first i like the game i follow the dev of this game now.... is bad really bad where is the Cheating, NTR of the wife i dont understand this games why they put the main character to cheat but the wife only is share with others and this game is worst than that kind of game the wife is half share and nothing is good on top of that the ntr or cheating of the wife is none like you have two route here the harem one where you try to get the love of your wife again and the Cheating or crazy route where you try to find other woman to share your love with and the same time your wife is cheating or ntr you with others but the second route have none of that this game is a waste of time. this game can have even 3 to 4 route the way they make the story but only one is in here and the other is less than half cook.
is there any gallery mode incoming for this game i love it but its really hard to see all paths
How you succed to pass the mini game ? it drives me crazy, no matter how many different times I try when there's the yellow bar ... I can never win this mini game.
if i remember right, the trick of save and or back function, trying different ways. unfortunately i played months ago and i can't remember the exact actions

You’re telling me i wasted hours of my life grinding this fucking game only to not get to share my wife?
I leave this message for anyone that played this game in the past and is coming back after a while,
ITS NOT WORTH IT, a lot of people have posted about disappointments with how the story has evolved independently of that, The Promise is a sandbox game that makes you grind, and I mean GRIND you need a bunch of resources, and click a bunch of times in the same button, and then the Dev updates the game and the saves are broken.
Now, that is fine the game is in development this shit is part of the course but then I go and edit my save to give me more money, I'm still going to press a bunch of shit because you cannot advance properly in the game without doing that, but whatever I like the game I will put myself though hours of boring clicking to get to the end, I just want to help myself a little by skipping the money part, NO, the game doesn't let you load the save because its "malicious" and it could damage your computer, my ass like I didn't knew how to edit a save file without putting my computer at risk, as much as I like this game, its not fucking worth it, save yourself the trouble and just ignore it until someone makes a gallery with all the rip cgs, its easier and probably more fun than actually clicking 500 times on the same square.

that is renpy saying that you have to edit a couple files in the renpy folder (pertaining to the saves)

If you haven't played for quite a very long time, then yes older saves were affected. As for editing your save for more money, I have no idea how or where you are trying to do it, but simply opening the Dev Console "Shift + o" and entering "Novos = xxx" or "REA = xxx" where xxx = the amount you want it to be works perfectly fine.
