Or you can wait for an eternity until a client has around 75 health and wants a lvl 1 slave like i did cuz i didn't know the mistress can be used for lvl up.

Afaik put her and a slave in the torture room and use the whip icon.
Edit: Whoops, i meant put her in the love room and click on the whip icon from the mistress.^^

Game is unplayably buggy. Slaves disappear on reload, pregnant slaves break the game, can pick them up but never set them down, interface in general leaves much to be desired, hard to pick up objects without accidentally selecting the slave working the room. Stuff should be auto harvested so theres not so much stupid micromanagement

Yeah, its an interesting concept, but they need to make a game thats actually playable before they go asking for $$$

There is a new version available for patrons but apparently the save function is still broken. Something I think should be their first priority.
If you go by their post, they've added a few things to help progression (namely fixing the item system and adding back the level up button) and fixed a few minor things, but fixes to the save system are to come in the next update.
I would think the biggest issue is the fact that if one of the slaves gets pregnant once you select them you cant put them down or do anything else but close the game
