He appears in Gasm Falls at some point, but I honestly I'm not sure at what point. I would say first half of chapter 4, maybe. It's not something that we tracked on.
RTP = Run Time Package.
The RTP version is for those who don't have the same version of RPGMaker installed that the game uses.
RPGMakerMV onward doesn't have that restriction, but previous ones do including this game.

Well, Neranda was/is pregnant by Simon when Eustrin reach its final stage, but dwarf's pregnancy is quite long (about 3 years) so it probably won't have any effects in the game.
Just in case some people don't know, this game is completely free so you can just install it on steam so it can auto update plus you can see dev logs.

If you want to help SL a little there is a DLC called Yarra's Thanks that you can purchase, but it has has no effects in game.

The patreon is doing great as well, it's at 5k a month now which is awesome.
They usually do monthly updates but if you are referring to the delay for steam I have no idea what's going on in that regard.

You know you bring up some good points, now that I gave some thought to it while I'm in Chapter/Act 4. The other competent and interesting men characters, outside of Simon and the majority of the named Orcs, I can think of right now is Commander Geoff, the assassin Mestan and the Incubus King Philon,

Also the fact that to fully bond between Simon and Robin, she has to be romanced when the adopting father/adopted daughter relationship was already great and wholesome, but the creator had to pander pseudo-incest fetish when Nalili is already there, is also dissapointing.

the lack of strong male characters allied with the MC was a decision made in the planining fase because the dev fear backlash from the player base, SL suppose even orcent will be barely accepted by the community.
all the IK are shitty because they are deconstruction of the "normal" porn MC tropes. not because men are dumb, but because porn game protagonist are dumb.
a fetish is a fetish, but nalili don't fit the bill. the story was written even before the game was developed, and the physical actraction robin feel for simon is enough foreshadowed since the start of the game (the very first interaction with robin)
