Because it's Japanese. Some devs such as MangaGamer will buy the rights to license the game in international countries and will go through the trouble of completely decensoring games. But if it's just a translation (as seems to be the case here), then they can't magically demosaic the game.
This eroge trilogy was localized by sekai project and crowdfunded on Kickstarter, 4348 backer are disappointed that there are still mosaics in it.
Tough luck, but tbh most people are perfectly capable of living with it (even if they might prefer no mosaics). It's pretty much part and parcel of dealing with any sort of Japanese pornography. Limiting yourself only to stuff which has no mosaics is a serious limitation.
I don't care, Frontwing could eventually re release the trilogy to the United States but with no mosaic censorship.

I'm having a problem where i was playing the game just fine and it wouldn't let me save and i closed the game and now the game doesn't even open even when i go to the boot menu. how do i fix this? (i already tried redownloading the game multiple times didn't work)

I can't play fullscreen because it make my screen resolution get higher and i see only the high of the game (so no text) but without fullscreen it works, someone as a solution pls ?

As i'm working on "all-in-one" patch(*) to later translate it into my main language, I can also add uncensored images there and then post patch here at f95, but only if I'll be able to find all CG versions (before sex, during sex, after sex)
* = patch to compile 1 file that would work equally on Steam and Unrated versions, containing both steam-only and unrated-only CGs with actual usage in story (which will be a bit adjusted to match those CGs), also including already done mods for eng-subbed videos (and probably also with reshade)

So unless someone hacks original CGs out of dev's PC (i'm not suggesting nor supporting any illegal acts), or someone can find an artist and pay them to imitate original uncensored style on all game CGs (i'm not using fanmade-ones, since they are mostly ugly) - there is no good arts to replace censored versions with =(
Edit: i'll try to gather cute and beautiful uncensored CGs, but won't include them into main pack. it'll be optional small additional one.
