It seems the Fan Disc is on there, but will need a patch. The 18+ DLC that is on there for the base game would probably be banned if it came out now. Valve is a lot more strict when it comes to grey area underage content, school setting content, and other things.

Sorry but you might be insane, this is done by Sayori, one of the best h illustrators out there period. Her stuff is extremely spicy even for moege and the art is always the standing point for all of the works she's been part of to this day. You can have your opinion but saying "it doesn't work" is objectively wrong.
