edit: And I can confirm that the actual sex scene is bugged as well, the one where you get to choose between being selfish and generous, it still says you're a girl.

This would require a list of a few hundred scenes and the various parameters that go into each of them. It is probably beyond the scope of this thread.

Get Mind Control and Sympathetic Link and build up some control on both of them. Then when you use the mind control options to have sex with one of them it will give you the option to either have sex with 1 of them or with both of them. If you don't have enough control with both of them you will only have the option for sex with one of them. There are several different scenes you can get doing that.
