On the other hand, then why are you making statements based on your ignorance of what is going on? Who told you about the other reasons the developer gave? It couldn't be him because he explained it even in the last year.
The only problem that has come to light now is that he underestimated how strictly Steam would treat even regular topless shots. I think so, but we haven't seen Emilie in WiaB since the remake, so it's really hard to guess. It does make sense, and that would make another point of connection between the Zanes and Noji, so it will be interesting to find out if she is the same. Chances are she'll be innocent until she meets Willi, and her career will start due to what happens when they meet - Zoey wants to start a porn company, I wonder if Zoey got Emilia her first job?

yah played it today and there was no warning saying there's no sex, I played like 4 hours and enjoyed it but I was thinking to myself "huh it's really taking a while for the spicy scenes..." but I thought it was because the Bella relationship takes a while to develop so I didn't mind it but god damn it's such a waste to not have any scene with her...
