There isn't a Patreon to drop anyway, and he already said last year he was doing that...
Every update in the last year has had reworked content in it.
what happened to his Pateron page?

Everything about this VN's story has been "dark". To classify "Summer Scent" in any way wholesome is delusional.... hell, he created all these "dark" scenarios in the VN's debut. So, I'm guessing your post is entirely sarcasm, ain't it? I'm on my first cup of coffee (~0540hrs here) so I likely missed the joke to be fair.Naughty captain is not interested in dark stuff for whatever reason
Thanks for the info mate. Most devs don't know how to migrate the original RPYC data over when updating RenPy versions... which generally leads to everyone having to restart their playthroughs due to old save loading failures. RenPy's compiled RPYC files contain much data but one of them being the save file's point locations so when an old save is loaded RenPy knows where exactly in the scripts to go.... otherwise it's a mess of rollback exception errors ad nauseam.
I'm replaying from the beginning to at least see the new scenes if there is no new content on the vanilla paths.... and there's still plenty of content for him to rework if he wants toNow he only has to stop retouching scenes from 5 years ago and move forward with the rest of the story
Everything. And what does that have to do with anything?
So let me summarize: you're crying a river about something you've stolen because it's not what you expected. Well, everyone can sure express their opinion. But everyone should be clear about the level of legitimacy from which they're doing it. You wrote that it was a waste. So please clarify: what did you waste on the dev? Don't say "time". The dev didn't tell you to steal from him to waste your time. It's not the dev who wasted your time. This is a pirate forum and everyone here has the right to express their opinion about a game or dev
Yeah, it's a drama no doubt but I was talking dark in the porn sense of the word. Porn vn players would expect slave collars and buttplugs at the end of a Dark route, not to end in jail getting buttfucked by other inmates.Everything about this VN's story has been "dark". If he indeed placed a "taboo" button in the game (something SanchoMod had in place already), then they would have kicked his ass off the site... no way they would approve a project with an auto-switching i-patch. i-patch files that are uploaded for service on alternate sites are the way around this policy... and that's now a mute point.what happened to his Pateron page?
I have still seen games get the boot from patreon even if they have a patch on another site.If he indeed placed a "taboo" button in the game (something SanchoMod had in place already), then they would have kicked his ass off the site... no way they would approve a project with an auto-switching i-patch. i-patch files that are uploaded for service on alternate sites are the way around this policy... and that's now a mute point.
they kicked him off from patreon and in response he added the official incest option, because why not? At this point it makes sense. If he indeed placed a "taboo" button in the game (something SanchoMod had in place already), then they would have kicked his ass off the site... no way they would approve a project with an auto-switching i-patch. i-patch files that are uploaded for service on alternate sites are the way around this policy... and that's now a mute point.
He added the switch button after they kicked him, because there's no need anymore to try to act to Patreon rules. If he indeed placed a "taboo" button in the game (something SanchoMod had in place already), then they would have kicked his ass off the site...

It was added after Patreon deleted his page. But was it really worth putting that switch button over losing his pateron? I mean we got MODs for that. It wasn't a must, but merely a convenience. I find it really strange and kinda unbelievable.

They might have looked at this page and saw the incest tag?Now that makes sense, but why was he kicked in the first place? He had MODs that added in incest. There was no direct incest content. There's so many VN out there with similar story but thriving on pateron. What did TNC did different?
But by doing this he jeopardizes the likely most monetary-important platform of them all... steam. Good luck with a "fuck your sister" button there. He added the switch button after they kicked him, because there's no need anymore to try to act to Patreon rules.

Are you serious?Everything.

Patreon is cracking down hard lately on a lot of devs.
