VN - Others - Completed - Sugar Sweet Temptation [Final] [Recette]

All you need to know about this game: I pressed the dialog skip button and waited about 15 minutes until I ran out of patience.... I pulled out my phone and started looking at YouTube out of boredom.

So if you want to read a lot and for some reason you choose not a book of a similar genre from an author whose credibility, awards, reviews - as a writer you can check, but a porn game then, there is enough content to read. But if you want to play a porn game and not read a million lines before you see interesting content - this game is not for you. Seriously, at least 15 minutes of skipping dialog. I'm not sure if this word will be translated correctly, but it's called "graphomania".

Pros:
- Quality over Quantity - 3 Heroines w/ their own dedicated routes that tie themselves to the story
- Plot is okay - more so to build up a connection with the 3 Heroines and the rest of the cast overall really did enjoy the whole cast/story
- Vanilla Tag - completely wholesome (i guess) w/ no sign of corruption or malicious intent w/ any of the characters (very comfy game)
- H Scenes - vfx, voice acting, sfx, and bgm really do help the scenes both lewd/non-lewd a lot for a better immersion
- Settings - can modify specific character(s) voices on/off or lower them if too loud/soft

Cons:

- English Translation - the english translation is kinda wonky but still readable not that big of an issue

- Missed Potential for 3 support characters - 3 Heroines with a couple of H-Scenes and other 3 supporting female characters that could've had H-scenes, but didn't. Understandable, but unfortunate. I still enjoyed my time with what I received. The H-Scenes were still pretty good.

- No Rollback - Couldn't find any key/mouse wheel/track pad to do a rollback when playing. The only rollback I saw was rolling back to previous choice screens which didnt even matter as much (imo). I just mainly saved at cetain points and would reload.

- 3 separate routes - While the routes were dedicated to each Heroine. It would've been nice if they were intertwined in some way. Just progress the story with one of them, reload route selection, repeat. Sure this probably would've destroyed/lessened the impact of the Vanilla Tag of the game, but I'm fucked up I guess. I would enjoy it either way.

Conclusion:

Very comfy game, I played it through sessions and enjoyed the voice acting, art, and story. Sure not the best story, but it still was very wholesome. I will miss this game and its characters.
