That's a lot of retreading old ground. And, cheat chicken doesn't even work for the first seven days. I guess I can rush through them just by "running away" from the bartending.
Yo, this project has been on my radar but I wanted to wait until there was at least a fair amount of penetrative sex in the game. Is it finally in or is it still another year of development(tm)? Not trying to be snarky just genuinely trying to gauge how long to wait before checking in again.

Next update is supposed to introduce the very first actual sex event.

Thanks, I get the picture now. It must be quite slow then since I remember checking in a fairly long time ago. Well, the hope is that one day it will be a really long story with lots of meaty content but seems like that day is still a couple years away. I'll check in again in a year see what's what. Cheers.

We're literally on the cusp of penetrative vaginal sex with the clientele. There's already a vaginal scene, although it's with IO and thus is more like a dildo chair than fucking a dude.
While the corruption is slow, development is not, so you don't need to put it off for that long. And if you're not looking for specifically vaginal there's plenty of content of various sorts already present.

Not that any other preference is wrong, everyone likes different stuff, I just want to say that I really enjoy the current pace of the corruption, as there have been quite a few comments lately mostly interested in the sex. In my own personal preference, if there was sex way earlier than there is now in the story the payoff would be far less, and all the steps to getting there is a large part of the fun of games like this.

Don't bother, game is just a foreplay bonanza. Dev most likely will never add proper Sex to the game. No idea why. Its been years now and its still nothing. Some japanese devs would've a finished product by now and would sell it on dlsite, while this dev here adds like one more topless CG for a month, then calls it a day. In the beginning it sounded interesting but it ended up being a total letdown.
Nobody ever said that 0.3.1 was the final version? When about half the "projects" out there are declaring an official 1.0 release that only has five minutes of content or hundreds of game breaking bugs, I would much rather follow somebody who's actually honest about their progress. Especially one like this, where significant amounts of content are added pretty frequently despite being developed by a single person.
Two months ago, added an entire minigame with all original art, plus a new customer type and multiple illustrated story events.
Two weeks ago, added piles of pixel art, and multiple training scenes for Alexa, who also tends bar now.
Yeah it's been a year and a half since the first tech demo was shown, but this game already has more content than 80% of patreon projects can show after 3-6 years of "development", and unlike most of those it's still moving.
Literally the next update my guy. Chill.

Also gonna throw my hat in the ring and say the pacing's pretty good. The corruption progress feels pretty good in game.

Eh... A year is not that long tbh. I'm just coming from a standpoint that I'd much rather play a finished/close-to-finished product than an extended demo of sorts. Then, when the game is close to being finished and I like it, I'll either buy it on steam or throw whatever amount of $ I think it's worth to that person's patreon. Right now it just doesn't feel like the game is close to a state in which I would greatly enjoy playing it. Hence why I'll check in a year or so
Tbh the artstyle, the theme, the aesthetic of it all looks quite cool so I expect the game to be pretty dope when it's finished (if it is finished I suppose).

You know I think there's room out there for both bite sized games you beat in an hour and for bigger longer running games. For me a corruption game has to be long. The longer I spend in that world the more meaningful the corruption becomes.

Personally for me the excitement in a corruption game is the build up. I find that when the game reaches the point that the fmc has fucked someone that interest dips a bit.

Yeah, second this. I've been enjoying the writing and pacing of this game a huge amount, more than just about any other porn games I've played recently. To me the story doesn't feel drawn out at all. I'm really digging the slow burn.
Mechanically it can be a bit grindy to get corruption up, although I feel like I'm much better at managing the rhythm of the drinks minigame now, and I really like the way it changes over time as new mechanics are introduced.
