And, the way things are going, not even the scenes will be pretty soon enough. After all, this *IS* a 10-years old game, and the 3D models's age is showing. Still pretty, but obviously dated.
Don't really agree with that assessment. Colorful stylized characters like these can hold up very well over time. Nobody complains about Japanese anime characters having exactly the same design elements after the 40-something years they've been around.

he builds a house with an good foundation, and then he demolishes it ND REBUILDS IT AGAIN AND AGAIN AND AGAIN, he clearly doesnt know wtf he is doing just like Helius
This, 100%. He wants an open world concept game but he started off with stealth mechanics and appears to want to keep them. These two ideas however are mostly incongruent. You either go completely slow stealth or completely fast open-world, OR you can be ballsy and try do pull off a fast open world with one or two slow stealth segments, but historically that seems to piss off both camps of players.

Also, while some were saying the project went back to 2017, I had felt it was even earlier than that. Sure enough, checked and the project was launched Aug 24th, 2015. So 9 years if that's the true OG starting point which appears to be the case even if you look on some old posts on

Wow this game has been in development for 6 years already I believe, maybe even more. By the looks of it it's still a tech demo after 6 years.

I completed the latest version. Here's what's new in it:
  • It's more glitchy. It crashed or freezed several times and often there were large dark triangles filling the screen and moving frantically (I have a more than decent pc and this is unusual for me)
  • The new dungeon level, while short, is nice, with some new characters and animations and a hint (of a hint of a hint) of some lore that may come in the future. It's also buggy though. I teleported above the ceiling several times, making it impossible to go back so I had to restart.
  • Pyramid level has a new room. Well, not exactly a room. It's a large cave with fish creatures, platforms, mud and glowing vegetation. However, one of the already existing rooms doesn't work anymore (the one with the large deep pit in the middle). The door never opens after you kill all the creatures (I've tried multiple times).
  • The new magic spell mechanics where you can combine elements is a good idea but the key bindings are not the best and some combinations don't make a lot of sense to me (fire + air = a... kamehameha?). Also the elements have 3 levels of draining (red to yellow to green) but I don't see what difference it makes and it's not explained.

I'll never understand these UE porn game devs.
Feels like every single one wanted to work in a AAA game studio instead of making porn games.

What starts as a small, pretty nice porn minigame always devolves into a half-assed open world RPG that gets stuck in development hell for all eternity.

Thats because they are devs, not writers.
They build assets and mechanics, not enticing adventures.

I'm a writer, but not a dev. Anyone wanna team up?
