I have problems when extracting the file

If all you want, is to watch porn clips? Top of the forum page there's a button "ThePornDude". Click that and have fun!? Why want a save of a game, if all you want is a quick wank anyway? Easier to just watch the clips on the internet or from game's sub-folder.

For non-cheat (CE qsp), the Save Updater is in the Settings menu -> Cheater menu -> Save Updater. Read the instructions, you may need to run multiple patches depending on your save state.
For cheat qsp (CCE qsp), the Save Updater is in the CheatMenu -> Save Updater.
Backup your saves before trying to run the patches.

Because you will miss out on a lot of content and some saves are not compatible with some of the QSP's, It is better to either start a new game or just look in the assets folder.
