Quaker had posted a fixed qsp for v.19 back in august under Alena's walkthrough page but using it in .20 has some issues the fix itself worked fine thoughI've only corrected Julia bug. But - you can use my fix (use the exact same name as the other QSP file) go through the first Julia meeting, save and revert back to your other fixed QSP and then load your save
OR --- if you point where is your QSP posted (unable to find it in the download OP) then I could post a fixed fixed QSP

Ahhh ok, it was for 0.19 (though it was v19 of his fix, but for 0.20 lol)
Yeah, that's pretty much it. Be sure to replace the QSP file inside /assets/standalone_content with the English one if it's not already included.
I think that might be a read/write issue. I had downloaded the game via torrent and was getting the same message. I stopped getting it when I shut down my torrent application, so I think the game was unable to access that file because it was being marked as read-only by the torrent application.
Yeah that was the issue I mentioned I did not realize it was for v.19 until I ran into an issue, it did however still fix sasha but reverted a few other events due to them not being in v.19.
Could be a corrupted filed, or missing one. You got the latest core game, or older one with just new updates on top? think there was some rework done on images and such while back.
I downloaded the full 0.20, not just the update, doesn't matter anymore though, i progressed with elsa and now it's back to normal and as far as i can tell nothing else is missing
What seemed to fix it for me was shutting down my torrent downloader or no longer seeding the game. If that's not working for you, then I have no idea.
but in one way that can be good too, because well, some new faces right?
