the superhero art is lit but i can't get myself to actually play the game theres a ton of stuff to do but aint clear to me wtf is the point. lex luthor mind controls superhos but needs a mind control device takes a bunch of steps to make when it could just be like a button on the screen. i ragequit right then and there but luckily found a complete save. even with that its hard to figure out how to watch the scenes. fucken amazing the amt of effort been put into making the game annoying and unplayable.

This game is literally what I use as the gold standard when reviewing other games. My only complaint is that there isn't audio, but I almost forget about that within minutes of playing it.
The art is phenomenal and stays true to the source material. The writing is not only well done, but it is interesting to read just to learn about the intriguing plot that is unfolding. The word grimace is overused, but the writing style is consistent throughout.
I really hope to see more work from Gunsmoke Games and this is one of the only creators that I actively follow.

Downloaded this game to give it a try since it has a decent rating a nd has been in development for a while. Full disclosure, I have a negative opinion of derivative works. Unfortunately this ended up being a prime example of why I have this negative opinon.
    To further elaborate:
At the time of writing the developers of this game are making 17,000 dollars a month off this game on patreon. They are talking about reworking a lot of the game and what was played for this review was very early game, but that early game is so, so terrible that i'm annoyed at the time wasted to download and try it. It's just that bad.
This game will tell you nothing about how to progress, has a threadbare story, and is one of the most cumbersome unenjoyable experiences in any game I have had to date. Instead of showing how much an upgrade costs on mouseover with a tooltip, you literally have to click every single button just to see what an upgrade costs. The first time you see the main map, the dev's thought it would be a great idea to not even put an outline on interactable elements. This is remedied later, but I spent an uncomfortable amount of time playing "find the hidden screen element" on that initial map screen. Again, i'd like to remind you these developers are getting over 17k per month off of unfortunate comic fans.
The progression path is very formulaic and boring. Writing is passable at best. Every significant action is tied behind percentage chances and RNG. Just flat out terrible design. Stay far away until they finish the rework of early game, and even then I wouldn't bother. This game is permanently on my ignore list, and I won't waste another second of my time on it.

Very high quality and worthy game. I look forward to every update. I would like to see more games of this type, with such high-quality art and plot. The only thing is that I would like more event content and more superheroine content) In general, the game is simply out of competition.

As of the current update 2.3.5 which has less content than what came out for 2.3.4 and other builds previously. Kinda adds to a 3 star rating. As another reviewer said it's not a game or visual novel just merely repetitive actions (one a day which already is a negative) even if you select to interact with using multiple heroines. Animations are borderline good, granted 90-95% of the women are too large of tits. Average size or small boobs aren't a bad thing as it is the same for majority of games that devs are scared for having actual close to accurate physical proportions.

Either way the current update somewhat does show the lowering of support given the actual world is getting more and more chaotic. Shit happens deal with it. (End of rating/ranting)

A genuinely fun game that seems to have been created by people with actual drawing talent and knowledge of the related characters. It can be buggy, and there are parts which are incomplete, but the gameplay is generally fun (there is a prison part which drags on), and the dialogue is often quite entertaining (there were parts where I really did laugh out loud). If you like the DCAU, it’s worth a try.

Bruce Timm's girls squeezed to the max.

Lex Luthor creates a technology to be able to control the mind at will of all the female members of the Justice League, you will see what you always imagined and more. With excellent illustrations and a fun story for adults, it is one of the best games you can find.

(If you're not familiar with Bruce Timm's DC animated universe, better keep your ignorance to yourself, don't be like the jerk like the commenting below me.)

    Antillar

An art gallery diluted with grind
Yes, this is actually not a game. And if it is trying to be one, it is failing miserably. Let me elaborate.

    The setting and the plot
The game is set in DC universe, featuring superheroes and supervillians of franchise we all know.
The player takes control of Lex Luthor, who is back in black and with a brand new idea of controlling everything - this time through some brain chips or whatever. He intends on capturing superheroines, installing a chip in them and letting them dance in a club to earn money for him.
Well, that's it. Kinda weak, right?
Ok well, but what if it is a sandbox, will it be enough to justify this game? Still no, moving on.

    The gameplay
After the plot is being discarded as non-existant apart from several intro events, what else is there to do, if anything at all?
After the event MC ends up with one heroine who is source of income - put her to dance and she earns money. Then upgrade this and that, capture a few more girls and business is booming! Well, this is an hour of gameplay. After this initial hour the money does not matter anymore. So, what is there left to do?
You can "evolve" (still no idea what it means) the girl's chip so she will not be a mindless slave but still have some restrictions applied, like cannot leave cell. And then she is taken to the said cell, where she resides. After which, you can do following sequence of actions:
    1. Introduction
    2. Talk 2 times
    3. New outfit
    4. Dance 3 times
    5. New outfit
    6. Strip 3 times
    7. Handjob 3 times
    8. New outfit
    9. Blowjob 3 times
    10. Sex 3 times
    11. New outfit
    12. Anal 3 times
After this sequence is completed, there is nothing else to do with the girl. Notice how everything has to be done 3 times to progress. It is only minor changes in text which happen over those 3 attempts, everything else is exactly the same.
Every girl is the same, every sequence is the same, every action is the same. Also, keep in mind that MC can only interact with each girl once per day, and has to fastforward to the next day to continue (and this takes you through 4-6 different menues depending on where the girl is). All this is eventually required of the player to unlock all the content.

    The art of the heroines
The art is actually pretty decent. I would not say it is incredible, but it good, close to original and feels in tone with the setting. That's it. It is always accompanied by the same generic copy-pasted dialogues and is always of certain types:
    1. Introductory art
    2. 1 for each new costume (usually 3)
    3. 1 for heroine dancing with every costume variation
    4. 2 for heroine stripping out of every costume (front and back)
    5. 1 for handjob (each costume)
    6. 1 or rarely 2 for blowjob (again, each costume)
    7. 2 (sometimes 1) for sex (for each costume)
    8. 1 (sometimes 2) for anal (for each costume)
    9. 1 for walking naked
    10. 1 for dancing in strip club
    11. 1 for stripping in strip club
    12. 2 for "playing" with herself in strip club
    13. 1 for having sex in brothel
So, well, the art presented in the game is in hundreds, if not thousands. However, it is all generic, only thing which changes in a heroine in the art. It is like you go to any rule34 site and just type in the name of heroine and you get all this. Here you have to grind for each piece instead.

    The game mechanics
I wanted to list them all here, but it was too much. Then I left only those which work, still too much. Then I left only those which work for something other than a particular event or a particular girl, which are reused and which you often interact with in the game. And then the list became empty. You only just do: Skip a day -> Base -> Cells -> Girl -> Cells -> Base -> City -> Skip a day. That is all you do regularly.

    Progress tracking, guide or whatever
Is not existant (officially, that is). You literally have to use fan-made spreadsheets etc to find out whether this particular scene is unlockable or not, because nothing in the game suggests that it would or would not be. There is a vault for that, right. Aaaand, it is bugged.

    The summary
As the game this thing is incredibly bad, like so bad it is not even worthy to be called a game.
"Playing" such game requires so bizarely basic sequence of actions I have literally written a macro to do that for me once an update comes out, then I just go to the vault and review all the scenes the macro unlocked. I cannot understand why anyone in own mind would voluntarily play this game, click on buttons in menues, like, do something even in here.

You see, before this game, the author, SR7, did actual arts. He had one game about corrupting Korra or smth, and it was mediocre. But then he realised that making just art doesn't turn a lot of profit. And he made this excuse for continuing making art - this wannabe game. It contains literally nothing the game should consist of, and it's main purpouse is only to host the art collection, which is the only thing the dev knows how to make.
Again, don't waste your time on this nonsence, just download a full save and go to Base -> Vault and view it as an art gallery. That is the only good thing you can get from it.

Certainly a 1/5, it is a terrible game because it is not even an actual game.
    Do not play it.

Galatea and Raven are the hottest characters. I only wish Harley had a better design, though I know it is accurate to the DCAU design. The current state of the game is great, but it has so much potential to be better. Animations are very much needed, and while I am open to new characters, I think more development towards existing ones are essential. Sunset’s art is what makes this game great.

Alright so the update that just came out is the straw the broke the camels back so to speak, I gotta share my thoughts on this now

Art is fucking superb, everything else is ass (You can stop reading here if you just want the short version.)

This part of the review is honestly more of a rant about the developer/ment, because it's really just that awful and predatory so I kinda gotta vent.

This game has been in development for a looooooong time, hell I member playing this game back before it even had any sex scenes in it, and we still don't really have a finished product. Take this "wonderwoman" update that just came out, notice how even the wonderwoman content isn't done yet? People have been clamoring for wonderwoman content for the longest time (not to mention Zatana and catwoman, you fuck) and the dev knows this, so he's gonna milk it as long as he can to keep getting the fucking fat bank he gets for making this game. Updates are far and few between, with mostly radio silence in between them, and the dev seems either entirely incapable or unmotivated to stick with any deadline he sets, and when the update comes out they're always lackluster. Baring the update that just came out of course last update involved the starfire/blackfire sisters in which he implied multiple times we'd get some hot threesome action, we did not. Oh but he managed to pad it out by adding some fucking nobody character instead of making that threesome content/ working on a character that's been in the game for ages with no content (again, like zatana or catwoman...you fuck).

Rant over, lets talk about the "game"

It's a cg gallery with a metric ass ton of grinding. I'm going off of memory here for the most part because I use a save from forever ago where I already captured all the girls, got all upgrades, made hella bank ,etc. (thank god updates don't break saves, I'd just tell you to fucking stay clear if it did) but here's how a girls content works.
    1. Build device
    2. Hire villain to do a mission to capture girl with device/ has a chance of failing
    3. Talk to her a few times, keeping in mind you are limited to one action with a girl per day
    4. watch her dance ~3 times (again, keep in mind this means 3 days)
    5. Unlock outfit, this keeps you from preforming an action today
    6. tell her to strip ~3 times
    7. Unlock outfit, this keeps you from preforming an action today
    8. Handjob ~3 times
    9. Blowyjoey ~3times
    10. Sex, you earned it buddy...now do it two more times
    11. Unlock outfit, this keeps you from preforming an action today
    12. Anal/ end of girls content
There are a few exceptions to this rule, as in some characters are unlocked with convoluted and not explained at all ways, but that's the gameplay in a nutshell. There are also a couple times where the writing is shaken up a bit but it usually boils to-
    1. Fuck you lex, I wont do you what you tell me
    2. Hey why the fuck am I wearing this, what do you mean I picked it?
    3. Hey why the fuck can't I flick my bean?
    4. Hey why the fuck is your dick so poggers?
    5. Daddy <3
Can't fault a porn game for not having great writing but I've seen better in pretty much any other game with corruption in it. There also used to be this whole story about making sure the justice league doesn't find out and figuring out whatever the fuck that gorilla motherfucker is up to but that's been long forgotten lol. So in short don't come here for good writing.

How about music or sexy noises to go with the sexy times? Nah, just dead silence lol. Although on the up and up I guess that makes it easier to hear someone on your door so that's nice, I wouldn't want to be caught playing a porn game that sucks this fucking bad.

Art is fucking great tho, and it perfectly captures that og DC feel. If nothing else the tool who makes this knows how to draw, give credit where credit is due and all that.

If you're new to this game just trust me on this, just get a save file. Enjoy the art, that's all there really is

A decent story with amazing art, lots of content and it's updated often. Some bugs here and there, some words and sentences are misspelled.Aside of that an excellent game.I would like to see the rest of the story and the futures projects of the team

Something Unlimited is one of my favorite Hentai games and my absolute favorite in the parody category. The setting makes sense and is somewhat realistic for Lex to do so you can believe it to an extent. The dev continues to expand the game adding new events and making sure all the characters have a certain level of content. While the updates don' t happen super often and don't have the same amount of content, they are always good on the quality.

    Positive Points:
    +Art style is really impressive
    +Number of characters
    +Tons of lewd scenes
    +Events (prison and yacht)

    Neutral Points:
    *Gameplay (See conclusion)
*No tips to unlock the scene

    Negative Points:
-Bug still remaining in the villain management
    -Messy menuing
    -Gallery can freeze the game

    Conclusion:
At the beginning it was supposed to be a classic slave management game. You hire supervillain to capture differents superheroines, forced them to work in your strip club or brothel and in the same time you improve your buildings or doing heist with the collected money. Instead of improving this gameplay they just stop it and the game become a lazy visual novel. You just assign female villain to your room to fuck them or putting superheroine in a cell and "corrupt" them to get lewd scene. By corrupt I mean skipping tons of boring dialogue with useless story and repeat the same scene 3 times to get the next lewd scene. You repeat this again and again for EVERY characters....
The Yacht event was really great and refreshing for the game but since the game come back to the lazy visual novel.
At the beginning you will probably love this game but the more you play the more you feel bored. Without the art style I would have probably stop playing it.
For all those reason I put only 3 of 5 stars, too much characters in the same time forced them to rush the gameplay and it become a click game to get your lewd scene.

    Test done on version 2.3.3

Fantastic game. Satisfying enough to engage with, and rewarding to read through. Maybe some people don't value the dialogue, but I found it really fun and engaging enough to make content fresh in what might be a rather cyclical game.

    Would've been 4.5 stars:
    + Good CGI,
+ Large number of existing characters and scenes.
    + Relatively intuitive progression,
    + Clear potential for expansion,
+ Different ways of getting girls,
    + Selectable, characterful outfits,
+ Start of a potentially interesting event system with a different set of character interaction mechanisms.

    -Some UI issues:
    • 'Go Back' button used to confirm Heists,
    • 'Go Back' sometimes prompting 'Confirm' and 'Go Back',
    • No indication of device level where it would be useful, e.g. Meta Bordello heroine selection,
    • Drag and drop sometimes failing to drop certain heroines on certain slots.
    - Minor spelling and grammar issues in some new dialog.

But now it has to be 1 star, and 0 if I could give that, because of the gratuitous and horrific mutilating murders they made happen for Killer Frost's storyline. Seriously, there was no need at all to put that shit in and I don't know why anyone is okay with it. It's only a game but that also means you could have put in anything you wanted.

It's got good DCAU-style art with enough costumes that you can kind of ignore that everyone has the same face and body.

Everything else is pretty bad. Gameplay is a terrible version of a slave trainer: you select a girl and do an action. The next day you do it again with a different costume. When you run out of costumes you keep doing it until you unlock a new action or costume and then repeat. Eventually you assume that you ran out of content for the current version. If there were any sort of indication of what's left to unlock and what needs to be done this would be a much better game.

It's also an unfocused mess. It started as a strip club simulator. Eventually they added a brothel but only a handful of girls have any content in there and girls can't work in both at once. Meanwhile, it turned into a slave trainer which is what it mostly is at this point. Needless to say, girls can't strip or work in the brothel while they're in their slave cells. There's a magic place but it acts just like the slave cells and only has one or two girls. Meanwhile, there's very little "story" beyond capturing and training heroines and villainesses (and the story that does exist is unrelated to most of your harem).

The devs should have stuck with the original handful of characters, made a complete game, and then added more on. The devs should take a few months to clean up this mess, remove the abandoned ideas, and add some quality of life features before moving forward. Instead they seem content to add new half-finished girls until the heat death of the universe.

So two stars. If the in-game gallery included text with the scene replay I'd give it three.

I dont mind myself some grindy games but this is just another level.

The pacing is so poor that i found myself not caring bout any progression down the line .

Button's transisions make UI and User Experience unbeareable. It's like 0,5 sec before UI reappears after every click.

Random.Range while earning money make's the whole process tenacios to say it kindly. Hiring merceneries over and over and over.... same thing over and over and after bearing through random fail's ...

After grinding myself with sooo many heists and gathering "this" item i found out that i have to gather another item to make any progression whatsoever. Frustration at it's peak.

Art style is nice but the payoffs seem very dissapointing. I don't really feel any danger , any taboo from corrupting heroines. They are just..... meat. Obedient, broken.

Potential is definitly there... So much work went into this.. but man... design wise, the design decisions are just ..... yeah... you get the idea.

This isnt really a game or a novel, its a collection of art and scenes that don't really have much to do with an overall story. You never really get past the "collecting girls for money" phase, and once you have them, and have corrupted them all the way, there really isn't anywhere to go with it. The artwork is really good, in the comic style. Which is even more strange when the artist apparently does not or will not draw an actual penis. The girls are super well drawn but Lex's penis in most scenes looks like a limp noodle. It's not BAD, its just not worth clicking over and over and over again to get a still shot of a sex scene that is both hot (on the girl's side) and not (on lex's side).

Just my personal opinion on the matter. Take it for what you will.

While the art is a little monotonous, but good, it’s not actually a game in any sense. At this point it’s a scene viewer and sorry, but it’s not engaging in any way anymore. The game has dozens of characters, but the value of scenes that are being added in diminishes further and further.

I gave this "game" many tries, but it fails to keep me interested for more than 1 hour.

It has, good art, good pictures, that's pretty much it.

It tries to be a management type of game, but fails at that. The mechanics are too shallow.

The UI is horrible. Making you click the same buttons that lead you to more unnecessary buttons and text you have seen over and over again. The whole thing can be simplified heavily. It gets old very fast.

The writing is alright, but the story is all over the place. You focus on a bunch of different girls at the same time.

A bunch of text just so you can get to a picture. That's pretty much it.

I downloaded it again a year ago or even longer and can't see that much has changed, at least on the "game" side of things itself.

Some devs don't realize that you have to focus and improve on the actual game part of your game, not just fill it with text and art.

Right now you are better off to go to rule34 and look at pictures there.
