It comes up in their Discord sometimes. It's a little of both - Cypress responded to taunting and insults calling him a Jew by just canonically making the family Jewish. If you dig through the game art you should be able to find that Noelle wears a neckace with the Star of David when she's wearing that purple dress.

You don't see it very often for a reason, any unfaltering representation of jews tends to result in the people who made that content end up in trouble .
As an example, Frank Zappa wrote a comedy song about New York jewish princesses and the ADL went after him and his whole family with frivolously lawsuits, and that was in the 70's, it would be worse now.
Remember Kanye? and how he lost a massive chunk of his billion dollar fortune in weeks over an argument that began with his jewish trainer threatening to drug him in to being a vegetable after he got mad about stuff his ex wife's jewish boyfriend was posting online? That kind of stuff happens all the time.

As for CypressZeta I could believe he's jewish (the name implies it) but the family doesn't seem jewish to me at all, I grew up not far from a jewish neighborhood and had multiple jewish friends growing up, as messed up as the whole incest thing is they are otherwise way too well adjusted and "normal" by White people standards. Even among secular jews their understanding of morality and social taboo's is radically different than White peoples; some of the stories my jewish friends told me about their families growing up would get me banned for posting nazi rhetoric if repeated, brainwashing your female family members in to being sex slaves wouldn't even be the weirdest story I have heard.

No, 4chan and the like called him jewcat due to him milking patreon while giving little to no content. That being said a lot of "edgy" internet forums call anyone who milks their fan-base while giving little to nothing in terms of content a jew. I remember /aco/ threads on ICSTOR where half the thread would be full of pics of nazi's putting him in a gas chamber; thats just how some parts of the internet are.
Funniest part of that is that most of 4chans userbase isn't German or even White, so it's litteraly people nazi's don't like posting nazi memes about people they don't like.

What I was talking about what that he said that the characters were l”designed” as Jewish. Meaning that this was his intent from the start. I was asking if maybe it wasn’t just edgy jokes and was actually a reference to him designing the characters with their race in mind, and it just happened to fit their edgy hunor.
…uh but yeah. I’m officially dropping this subject, for the same reason why I’ve only made vague references and allusions to it in the past.

Am I the only one who thinks that the new designs are a bit to thick? For the mother sure, but it looks like even the little sister has 2 times the body weight of Jason.

Finally, someone who notices the change as well. It just looks way too thick for someone in athletics. Besides, it makes it look kinda weird.
You're 100% right. Looks like clones of Abby Anderson from Last of Us 2. Too thick and muscular. That being said, I don't really care. Dev has been squeezing this story for years.

Man I remember playing it in 2019 it was a good game. The author teased a some art of sequel based on summer theme.
And It's been more than 3 years and we haven't even got a demo version (reading some comments I think it's on hold). I remember him milking the same game with just minor changes each version after 1.2 ver. I guess it's just a scam at this point.
