So what actually is this game? Tags say Adventure, RPG, Sandbox (which is kinda mutually exclusive to Adventure games), description says it's casual, pictures show a mix of what looks like VN-style scripted sex scenes, touching sim, and some kinda top-down zombie horde game with MMO-style cooldown combat.
Does this game actually have a genre or is it just a messy collection of things?

Just walk on the circle you and you should auto go through it, I had no issue with it.
