All that is needed for the pregnancy tag is for an ENDING to have pregnancy.

It's translated from Russian FanTL to English, which isn't as terrible as if it was translated directly from Japanese to English. And there are no tambourine dances regarding localization and file replacement, since the translation is built into the game.
