thats easy to explain, Blizzard threatened him with legal trouble if he doesn't remove his warcraft works from his websites. every website however thats not under his control are free to keep them.

Try using a vpn. Anyway, rexx is making a game. Or at least something interactive it seems. I didn't pay much attention to those tweets.
