The first picture is just the intro where you play as a kid who is playing a game, the first pic itself doesn't have anything to do with the story or the genres involved.

Side note: I fucking love MTL. Luckily the game was originially chinese and google is actually pretty fair at translating from mandarin.

The art style seem to change a lot between the screenshots, I can't help but have the feeling that its just a lot of stolen pics meshed together. Don't know if it is, just everygame that is like this gives me that feeling.

The first pic is fucking up since someone is saying it's not part of the game and its irrelevant. Then I see medical shit and we have school settings, the name got "rebirth " in it but the description says nothing. Can someone please make a short summary of the game? And how much (porn) content is there? Since all I see is the first pic (animation technically but who cares). Any harem route?

Plot is that a depressed college kid ends up being blessed ... (or cursed?) by some bartender witch lady and now he's helping death collect souls and shit kek. It's reminiscent of old pc click adventure games like leisure suit larry or secret of monkey island. Never been a fan of them myself but I'll play through this cause it's pretty simple.
