according to the dev on the itch page saving everywhere breaks spawns and generation so its limited to the bed. you can also manually save at the bed if you missed that

I sympathize with the struggles of programming, but I'm gonna judge what's put in front of me.

Personally, I also feel like the randomization is nothing more than padding which makes the game worse in general. Forcing the player to just enter a mission, run to the end, and then run all the way out again because they didn't get the tileset which gives what they need isn't even value enough on its own, and I'm certainly not going to say it was worth giving up convenient saving.

The tile swapping doesn't even add proper variety. There's like....2 tiles which give you anything you actually want? All of the other 8 or so are the proverbial garbage drops in a bloated loot table.

Well I can't say for certain, but judging from the dev's previous project it seems unlikely.

Lewd scenes being only from defeat is a common criticism and it's one of the things they will potentially redo if they decide to make this more than a tech demo for testing few things with the engine

Storage and item gathering already got tweaked with the hotfix so it won't be a big issue moving forward

I really don't get how the devs made a game where you just walk around picking up sticks and hoping the correct things spawn makes for a "fun" core gameplay loop. The extent of the limited inventory is completely absurd. It's clearly not made in mind for a new player who doesn't know what to pick up and will walk home with piles of shit until their storage is full.

Art and theme is good at least, if they keep up with this I hope they just fuck off with the excessive inventory and storage limitations and don't make the maps RNG based.

Not in quite a while. It's apparantly not abandoned, but there's no peep from the devs on either of their projects for two months.
