It is a stolen version of the game "made" by a guy who is literally retarded to the point of denial where he thinks PX was originally Action in Moscow, not to mention he thinks that music from the Sonic Advance comes from PX.

There is one problem with that save file, and that's that it does not have the boss gallery and sound test unlocked.

thats because these galleries can't be unlocked as far as i know. the next update might implement the boss gallery.

When I downloaded the other full save that was posted here those galleries were unlocked. Everything in the "new game" menu can be unlocked. I think you need to beat arena and/or boss rush.
