The post right before yours says it will be released on Steam as full release "sometime in 2024", so make that what you will, but we won't be getting anything until said release.

Updated on steam, the OriginalPoster for this thread is gone so we will probably need a Moderator to take over the thread to update things as the game updates.
However release date is coming around somewhere, they said that the game is updating smoothly with the collaboration artwork, so probably near completion (as this was nearly 5 months ago or so posted).

For fact, there are a ton of games in production hell, but the developer keeps leaving messages like delay due to illness, problems in real life, updates, etc. It's not that hard
