You can go to dlsite and search for pregnancy tagged games. Old ones mostly have translation. Even if they don't, you can use autotranslator from this developer:

I've tried some of those already. Actually, Spiritbound is a pretty decent game with some unique combat. It's just unfortunate that the dev takes forever to update it.
