As the title says im looking for games with pregnancy, my biggest criteria is no censorship, i dont want to play porn games and have some censorship in it,

i also hope that there will be some pregnancy added in Summertime Saga (i know that it will have some pregnancy later) DMD, My New Life, College Life, Town of Passion, Two Sides and Man of the House^^

Girl Life has pregnancy, even though that feature is broken and doesn't work properly. There's also no images for pregnancy stuff, either iirc.

Don't know if Violated Heroine has an uncensor patch, but it has pregnancy. (In stages. Your belly grows, your clothes don't fit right anymore and after a while you can give birth)

The rest is either japanese/censored, or they just won't come to my mind.

Yeah your choices are limited as most of the games that show pregnancy are Japanese, which means automatic censorship.

My game will have that. I won't say you in which way, because I don't want to spoil things but it will definitely have pregnancy scenes, I can tell you that.

Uncensored games featuring pregnancy especially from start to finish are rare as not many games have a long enough story it usually boils down to an ending which I take it is not what you are looking for. Given the amount of games featuring incest nowadays maybe that is a good thing.
My own story of survival does and will feature pregnancy but as I currently work on episode2 and it is based on realism you will progress related find very little so far your best bet being General Practitioner or Peasent's Quest once they implement it Outside the box the mod being female for Skyrim is as close to reality as I have ever seen pregnancy being featured in any game really so you might try that one till you find alternatives.
