I'm curious if there's any interest in playing an adult game as dominant male MC who goes around fucking fantastical dickgirls (fantasy, fictional based concept). Think futanari, but with no vagina, just cock and balls. The reason I don't use the term futanari, is because I'm pretty sure futanari means a girl with a vagina and a dick, but no balls, and I don't plan on making girls with that variation of genitalia.

it means that you are not at ease with your subject (or that you are not willing to take the flak for it) and as such should avoid it.

regarding your question:
it is my personal belief that as long as your chosen target for sexual intercourse is:

- not dead or undead (i.e. she/he/it/whatever has a pulse and a body temp more or less equal to 37°C - 98.6°F)
- not repulsive af (tho this may sound subjective - average standards for sexual attraction can be defined easily)
- not more interested in ripping your insides out to eat them than to have sex with you.

it is pretty safe to assume that Sexual Intercourse will occur at some point from anyone (even more if it is really a Dominant MC) to anything not included in list above. (even more so considering you intend to write a porn game and not a lullaby)

And to answer your question, yes to dickgirls! Our game is mostly hetero, but we'll put a couple of dickgirls in there as well (one of them is the recruitable orcess from the banner in my sig). It's extra work for us without a whole lot of payoff (most futa/dickgirl fans play exclusively those types of games, which ours is not), but we believe including a few dickgirls for flavor is worth it for its own sake... Especially since our game is high fantasy, and gender-bending actually makes sense in that kind of setting, what with all the magical shenanigans.

My point is, don't chase trends; do what makes you happy, and have fun with it!

I would generally avoid this type of game. The only exception would be if there was some sort of toggle where I could guarantee that all the "girls" are really girls, either by removing the ones that aren't or swapping them for real girls. This is not the sort of thing I ever want to be surprised by. I don't mind if both options exist, as long as I can guarantee I only see the option I want.

Even then, I suspect this type of game would put enough focus on the dickgirl stuff that there probably wouldn't be enough normal girl stuff to hold my interest. So it's probably worth asking which audience you really want to cater to, unless you're expecting that the dickgirl audience is small enough that you NEED to cater to both to build a large enough fan base.

You could have answered the question by looking on patreon and seeing other people are making games of that nature and are clearly making money.

Some common sense could have also told you how people will answer.
Strait males are going to say no. You will find a few males "claiming" to be strait who may say yes.
Strait females will generally say no by the larger percentage.
Most of the people who will want to play it will be people from the LBGT community and those in the closet still.

To clarify. Biologically "girls with dicks" is a misnomer. They aren't girls genetically they are male they have a Y chromosome.
If you subscribe to the French concept of gender you could say some have a female personality because they were raised that way. That's a perfect environmental influence on behavioral pattern example. As for scientific / biological sex though all hermaphrodites are male. They simply had an imbalance of hormones that caused the appearance change.

I brought up that point because any strait person that has a minimal understanding of biology is going to be influenced by that factor.

I want a game with a real down to earth, with real struggles lesbian MtF MC. Transbian representation. Feminine genre and identity, has transitioned but still got a dick. My tastes are gynocentric, with a bias toward attractiveness of the athletic ascetic. So if it's a Trans, Futa, or Fem I don't care so much as long as they:
1) Self identify as female or wish to be treated as such.
2) Takes steps to project the imago of Femininity, even if it is in a non-classical way , such as tomboys.
3) Are well written and not just stale check boxes ticked off for inclusion points.

There is a wealth of fly by night meat machine simulators, but a well written character is the gem I seek. I think that the above genres need not more, but better, representation. Rather than a cloud of less than stellar "but at least it's there" type games a few "Gold Standard" games that make those who would typically avoid them due to content they are not partial to take a risk just for the story.

If Mc is the dominant one, I have no problem with women,trap,trans,futa,but don't put anything behind him or in his mouth , you can create the game you want if you are worried about whether it could become a success, I would tell you the best What you can do is try to make the content avoidable and if it has a good story better (although they are porn games, many players look for good stories too) 1 comment above gave you a good example SpaceCorps and FetishLocator have many kinks and the player chooses what he wants or not see and do, I think if I had to add another game to that comment it would be Twisted World that although it is new has varied content and is avoidable (and a big update its coming)

I don't self insert, so it doesn't bother me if the MC is into dickgirls/traps/futa/trans/gender benders, ect. I don't get into that stuff in real life, but if the models/art can be made attractive (read: feminine enough) then its great.

What is important is the relationships they have with each other. Does the MC fuck his male->female sister, best friend, or other well known person? That's far hotter of an experience than some random prostitute or hookup at a bar/club. The person being shy or passive is good too. Making game projects you don't enjoy yourself means you're only making it for others - you're being kind to them here, and it's a good thing of course, but you won't be able to meet expectations because you won't be able to understand it nearly as much, lose motivation and hype. And this is where things go south.

Your audience is there. Especially for dickgirls, or any lifeform with dicks for that matter (sorry if that sounded offensive). As much as I hate the content, I entirely respect the audience and people who are into it.
