the creator on their cien site mentions that they have plans to translate the game to English but their is no estimation on when that will be done since there is a lot of text and that supposedly version 2.0 will be the last update.

First u should take Girl into the Bar Shop, had Confersation with Her and Choose the Right Choice,
Here My Explanation
The Left Top Corner Has Two Simbol: 1.Smile(Girl Drunk State), 2. Heart(Girl Favorability
The Right Bottom Corner Is the Mc Drunk State
