I really loved this game awesome gameplay and H-scenes were brilliant what actually made me sad was short game and no story but im still giving 4/5

You could try Xenotake and Ghost Hunter Vena. There's also all the games made by Grimhelm. Can't think of anything else right now.

Also I thought I'd mention that you can play fullscreen by pressing Alt+Enter. However the fullscreen causes screen tearing and changing the Vsync, Triple Buffering, and FPS Limit settings in your AMD/Nvidia settings for the game still doesn't fix it. So pick your poison: windowed mode or screen tearing.

So does anyone have any actual information on this? This makes it seem like they actively gave up on a sequel. Is that true (has someone on the team actually said "We're giving up"?), is this pure speculation, or are they still working on it?
I believe it's mostly based on the fact that the last update on his website was 4 years ago. Though I do remember reading somewhere (unfortunately I can't remember where, it was some time last year) that he stopped when pornography was made illegal in South Korea.

Someone on 4chan showed off new sprites and was being a dick but said the creator is making something in secret. Also saw a few modded sprites that someone made. Anyone know what or where they are from?

It was deleted a while ago. Someone on reddit found out for me that it was a fan made. The guy had the assets to the game but out of nowhere just dropped and never responded back.
Game and Dev are Japanese, so i doubt what happened in South Korea affected him.
Parasite Eve is a PS1/PSP horror game, it seems to be the main inspiration for the game/protag.
Also the spites in question are *probably* these:
