As a product of it's time, this might've been revolutionary. I however didn't play it then. I DID play it recently though, and I can say it just isn't a great erotic game.
As a sidescroller, it's very short and somewhat unbalanced. It is however a pretty capable implementation, and if it were ballooned into a full game with more engaging/forgiving level design, it could be something special. However what's here serves essentially as a foundation for something that never really was delivered.
As for the erotic content, what's there is good, but for my money the game isn't going to really give you the chance to take advantage of it. The tense and engaging gameplay means that you're more concerned about that than sex, and wanting to get back to it asap whenever a scene might start. Imagine that feeling of impatience you get when playing a platformer and waiting 15 seconds for it to reload the level that you just died on. Now make that 15 seconds the sex scene. Basically by making the game challenging and inserting sex in the midst of that, you're asking the brain to code switch, and your hands to switch, pretty abruptly.
Put this all together and I feel like this is ultimately just a tech demo that's as outdated as any other decade old tech demo.
