One of those rare games that both is extremely fun to play and has a charming well rounded art style with it. Has some things that could be improved but It's definitely a must play that you can put a LOT of time into

Many have praised the game to no end and I agree. I have finished the unmodded game in normal and master difficulty. Excited to play the Complex Breeding mod after this review.

So, instead, I will share what could be better and then add some tips and a quick guide.

The "Bad" :

- The UI can be slightly confusing.

- The game sometimes asks you to play badly (Alchemist Girl and Achievements points)

- No way to drag characters when the game is paused.

- Tentacles Eggs are absolutely broken.

Honestly, for the remaining "weaknesses". I just wanted more. It could result in the greatest game of the monster breeding genre. Double everything !

- Double (Or Triple) the number of races we have.

- Double the Amount of Npcs and Unique Slaves

- Double the amount of animations

- Give us a quick and simple story (Something like fighting a bunch of competitors)

- Give us short stories/quests about the Unique Npcs.

- Give us more uses for our money. Once you bought the Estate (Really easy), money has no use. You don't need to add other mechanics. (Money could serve to acquire unique slaves or fight other organizations, for example.)

- Some customization for the PC (Potentially playing as a female that could work in the Breeding room is what a lot of people would enjoy)

- The ability to make Npcs work in the Breeding Rooms. (Once they have a daughter that could take their place, for example)

Now here are some tips :

- Don't be scared by the management Tag. The game is really easy even on Master difficulty.

- IMPORTANT : If you start dragging a girl, then press the spacebar "pause". You can finish dragging the character without any lost time.

- Don't expand too much if you just want to finish the game. Each day is 300 seconds. At 5X speed it's just a minute. But if, like me, you really like to be efficient. You will spend 20–30 minutes each day if you try to micromanage everything.

- 10 Breedings Rooms and the monsters and slaves to keep them filled the entire time are enough to carry you to the end of the game even on master difficulty.

- You can finish everything by day 35. Don't be afraid to just let the game run on fast after that. Just be sure to have the numbers of monsters demanded each time.

- Tentacles eggs are absolutely Op. Just sell them. Once you have tentacles unlocked, you can just put a girl there and see how it will quickstart your early economy. It will also buy you the estate in less than 10 days.

- You can buy items even if you don't have the brothel yet. At the end of the day, once you reach the Reports page. You will find some items on the second page.

- You can customize any non-unique girls. You just need cosmetic potions.

- The gallery is complete. You have all the animations with a slave you can customize at the end of the game.

- Maxing the unique npcs gives you a small old flash-type minigame. You lose access to that minigame if you brainwash the girls. But then you can breed them at your personal estate with new unique animations.

- There are 5 "Endings" :
One where you lose
One where you win on day 50.
One where you win with 100% affection with all Npcs. (1CG)
One where you win with 100% affection with all BRAINWASHED Npcs. (1CG)
One where you did that but also sold 100 Tentacles Eggs and have built 50 Tentacles Rooms. (1CG)

Here is a guide :

- Early game, just use your money to buy more girls (Take girls with only positive traits under the race trait. You can refresh infinitely. It's free)

- The monster children will go with the new girls. (Never buy any monsters. The only ones you want to buy are the first Orc and Werewolf)

- Quantity over quality. You just want to build more breeding rooms and have more girls. The economy really snowball.

- Keep an eye on the amount of milk. You want to have the maximum number you can have.

- Replace your monsters dads with their better offspring.

- Once you unlock tentacles rooms, just put a girl there and sell the eggs.

- Quite soon you will have enough to buy the Estate.

- Once you unlocked your first unique girl. Just give her almost all the milk you have and send her at your estate. Personally breed her to get a bunch of slave girls with broken stats. You don't even need to "share" the uniques girls.

- All milks should go to the Unique Slaves. It's not that useful elsewhere.

- If one of your unique slaves has small breasts. Take one of their daughters and use a Cosmetic Position to give them the biggest breasts. Breed that daughter now and your milk supply will be assured.

- Once you reach Day 10, I recommend you choose the Purple Haired elf as your first assistant. Buy the Pixie Production requirements decrease with your Achievement points. Just give her your infertile girls or buy everything in the market to dismantle. She will start producing pixies, which will reduce micro-management.

- Now you are almost unstoppable.

I don't think it's fair to give this game anything less than 5 stars

Pros:
- Non-Stop Breeding: If you like turning girls into helpless sex slaves, breeding slaves, impregnation and birthing. Look no further.
- Lactation & Milking: If you're tired of big anime tiddies not being put to use, this game has the solution.
- Art Style is excellent: cute anime girls but still sexy
- Actual animation: not just an image, the animations are very well done in every action: idle, sex, birthing, milking, etc.
- Internal view / x-ray of the womb: if you're into seeing each egg being swarmed and penetrated by sperm, this game has it
- Great voice acting: Not only can you listen to the helpless moans of each slave, there's also 7 or 8 different voices to choose from
- Customize your slaves: Unlock the cosmetic potion and you can choose your slaves hair colour, skin colour, hair style, breast size, all to your preference
- You'll have enough girls to throw in a brothel to make you money. Expand your brothel to cater to all kinds of deviant customers
- Progression by unlocking new monster races, the brothel, special girls with unique traits, room upgrades, corruption rooms, faeries alchemy and other upgrades
- Faeries helps take care of your slave management, saving you a lot of manual labour, but learning how to use faeries is not too well explained


Cons:
- Basically no storyline. Which is fine for a breeding brothel sim.
- Minor QoL needs: No faeries in personal estate to take care of your personal slaves, no condom auto purchasing when you run out (though there's an upgrade that render condoms obsolete), no mass customization, ie: if you want to take the chains off the girls you have to do so 1 by 1, dragging 3 girls to the corruption room will only send 1 and not send the other 2 to near by corruption rooms, etc
- Can become repetitive: This is the most valid criticism of the game. There are not many sex positions: There's 1 for each tall and short race, 1 for getting corrupted (both tall and short), leading to 4 per monster. This means if you send a corrupted elf to breed, it will ALWAYS be the same animation. Every girl in the VIP room has the same pose, 1 for short race 1 for tall. Sex positions would be a nice but I also understand this might be an unrealistic ask for 10x the work the animators put in. There also could be more goals than just "breed 2 orcs by the end of the week" like bonus mission: breed a monster/girl with +70 max health, or maybe only certain monsters with certain races unlocks a type of new monster/girl? If you complete the main goal, there's not much to do besides trying to push the stats further higher with your breeding program.

Minor gripes aside, this game is one of the best I've played. It's a shining example of what a h-game should be. It's a brothel breeding sim focused on impregnation, breeding, birthing, milking kinks, and not much else, but it delivers that in spades. The art and animation is absolutely top tier and I really wish there were more. The qualities of this game far outshine the cons, and I fully recommend anyone who have these kinks to try this game out.

Very good game. This has all the animations you might like. You breed girls and create a large slave empire. It also knows it's base and will let you choose if you want the girls to enjoy the sex overtime or keep tormenting them. Everything has an animation, minus when the girls/monsters are snuffed.

I see a lot of glowing reviews for this game, but none of them seem to touch upon a key aspect of this game. Why is this a porn game?

No, seriously. If you removed all the elements of the sex aspect that this game has going for it, does anything really change?

I've spent around 5-6 hours on this game, and while I don't consider my time wasted, this does feel like a run of the mill simulation game that's embellished by the fact that it has sex scenes in it. The thing is, the sex "scenes' lose their lustre about 10 minutes into the game, due to the sheer amount of them, happening all at once. It's overwhelming to a point that it's not even arousing. It eventually just becomes normality, all the monsters and the monster girls become just numbers and machines you drag around.

You play most of the game zoomed out to the point that it's just pixels mashing together, zooming in infrequently. I'd honestly draw more eroticism from a pure text-based game than this game because of this.

All in all, what this results in is a regular "make big number go bigger! " simulator game, and it's not a particularly great one either. It's not bad, mind you. it's just slightly above the passing grade.

On some other aspects, the game has pretty great artwork and art direction. It's quite simple but it looks clean. Sound is fine - nothing really stood out or bothered me.

You'll likely get some enjoyment out of this game, but I honestly can't recommend this game whatsoever if you're looking for something to jack off to.

Great animations, sexy models, and decent customizations when you unlock the cosmetic potions. I personally would like more monsters to breed with the slaves, and English Translation needs work. Other than that, fantastic game! I have lost many hours of sleep during run-throughs.

Like simtower with a twist? this is the game for you. althought would be good to have more quality of life changes. but for what it tries to achieve it does well. getting the ending where you have 100% likeability is a bit tough but its the better ending. while getting the "rune" ending was very disapointing, was hoping an animated interactive cutscene.

Probably one of the best management style game.
Tho it puts a dark ink on my soul lol.

I gotta say design wise, management system wise, plot and characters are all top notch. This game provides challenge, entertainment while making your dick stay hard and not go limp with all the game functions you have to manage so ill say its pretty rewarding to grind the game. 10.5/10

I usually never write a review, there are people much more objective and gifted than me for that. But this game is the best in the world in its field. One of my favorite games without hesitation !!

This game is prolly the one of the best of its genre "management", but in "adult management games" its THE best. It is not perfect, it plays with the fact that each unit has unique stats, and it allures the player with that idea, giving them the fantasy of having a completelly personalised expirience, from the apperance to all the stats of each of your characters. But its still not perfect, even tho the game offers you so many possibilities, once you get the general grasp of it it becomes clear there is not that much variety, cosmetically you can do a lot of customisation, but once you play it, and even more if you played mor thtan once (like me), you notice there isnt as much as it could be. for example; there are many stats that literally do nothing on monsters, there are stats that are really limited, your character has its usefulness, but not really...
With all that being said, this is my favourite game, period. I feel like there is nothing like this what this game does as well at least. You have Cloud Meadow, but its not the exact same thing.
If you have not read whats above, want to play a game that will set the bar so high youcant even see it, and like managment games, try it. DONT READANYTHING ELSE ITS SOOOOOO WORTH
Also the devs right now are working on a sequel that expands on all of what makes this game great as well as adding new mechanics, so check it out, they deserve all the love they can get

very hot and you have to actually try if you want to get to the top. sometimes a little yanky but its a full game that is really fun. as someone who is a massive fan of management games and ones that solicit prostitution this one ticked basically all of my boxes.

The best Business simulation hgame EVER, and possibly one of the best among the normal games aswell! The game controls really well, and the difficulty isn't that bad, even in the second hardest mode. The h part is AWESOME, every possible kink ever, unique girls for completing achievements and unique scenes aswell!

Everything about the art and scenes in this game is great but it's actually decently fun to play. There's a lot to do and a lot of optimisation in routes. Tons of variations through the pregnancy system on both sides between slaves and monsters. Worth a play

Interesting mechanics and gorgeous animations, but too much management for my tastes. The amount of monsters and girls you can have gets out of control extremely fast, and I was attempting to play this on steam deck so drag and dropping became even more unmanageable

One of the best management game I ever payed. Animations are amazing, customisation is great, prego content is one of the best I ever seen. The game difficulty is legit to my opinion, and makes it challenging as well. I have found no bug so far.

Game is nice. But.... not enough variety and sex scenes. I honestly played this game for fun more then the h scenes. min maxing in this game was fun for me.

you can legit have 100 girls each type. and just milk them for eternity. then somehow feed a monster / girl 2039 different type of milk to get some stupid numbers.

TLDR Breed > Sell > Breed more > Sell more > Complete a harem > Become a slave over lord and own a crazy amount of slaves > Insanely Rich

Gameplay:
+ Brothel management game + breeding game
+ Logical progression
+ You can unlock more facilities when progressing. They give more possibilities and make the game easier plus partial automation
+ Private House, where you can put in girls for you own private fun
+/- Grind-reward balance is okay.
- Later on, your brothel grows and you can easily lose track of everything. GIrls have stats, so monsters do. They can be passed on when breeding. Sorting out the good ones, when you have too many girls and monsters, can be a hassle
- At a point, you just want to automate it and dont want to care about stats anymore.

Frequency of Scenes:
+/- High. But mostly brothel and monster breeding animations. The scenes with the facilitiy girls take time.

Dialogues:
+ Not really existing, which is good. Too much text + management, these two don't mix well.

--> All in one: Pretty good and fun. But in the long run, you lose track and it gets too much. When you reach that point, don't feel bad when you drop the game. Just use full safe if interested in all CG. 5 points of 10

Good art with colorful visuals and moderately complex game systems make MBM a solid sex-themed management game. Worth a few hours. The gameplay can quickly spill into frantic micromanagement if the player seriously tries to maximize earnings, but the difficulty is low enough that playing leisurely works fine.

Overall I enjoyed the character models, girl variety, and animations.
Unfortunately the level of real-time management the game expects directly interferes with fappability. The dedicated scenes when you fuck the utility girls provide a nice break and reward milestone.
Mods like auto-STD cure significantly polish the game's rough edges and improve quality of life.

Overall 4/5, Really interesting and fun at the start, however it does get really "clicky" the longer you play

Gameplay 4/5, A good game with proper management and progression, the problem is as you keep playing and growing your black market so does the amount of work you have to do, it grows so big that you won't be able to keep track off a lot of things. Overall it felt like you just get too busy managing (which involves a lot of clicking) that you don't really have the time to enjoy other aspects of the game and it just got tiring the longer you played.
