Speak for yourself. A key element of the transformation/corruption fetish is how it relates to who the person is/used to be. That's the entire reason this genderswapping thing is done in the first place (if it was ignorable to them, it wouldn't appeal, and they wouldn't do it). It may not seem important to someone who's only here to look at tits, but a genderbent dude isn't a woman at heart, and if the point of the corruption is to turn him into a woman at heart, that's a whole-ass fetish on its own.
Like I said I'm not into it but if you skip the prologue it's as if it never happened. Most tf games are uploaded to TFGS first anyway. I'm not sure if you're into the genderswapping or not based on your post though.
The foxgirl enemy has a mechanic where they summon a spirit/ghost which, when they make contact with the protagonist, will "possess" you and force you to stay within the bounds of their shrine. It changes the protagonist's appearance, and will make you take damage. It is also present in the foxgirl ending.
The site does have proper tags for that content, you just don't know what the tags means.

Losing has nothing to do with corruptions, instead the actions of enemies corrupt your character. You'll see a progress bar as they begin to change you, and then the change will appear under your statuses in the menu, as well as visually on your character. Corruptions tend to add bonuses, such as increased movement or new cards you can find.
you need to go on the other squares on the map where you see a sheep girl and elminite them and then, come back to the foxgirl
