There isn't any, the patch is to remove the hearts that acted as "censorship" and adding nipples and vaginas and all that, it shouldn't have any sex considering it was released originally for the Vita.

Base game contains no nudity. Does this already have the patch applied cause its tagged nudity? Also I would add tags for Yuri as some monsters have implied relations with one another.

I played the original PS Vita version a couple years ago. This game may not have explicit sexual content but it's pretty damn erotic. The poses and moans in the touching minigame get pretty steamy. Also there's A LOT of girls catering to different fetishes, so you're bound to find one you like. I'd recommend checking this game out if you're into softcore stuff that's borderline hentai.

As for tags, I'd definitely add 'loli'. I'm honestly surprised this game is allowed on Steam with characters like these:
