I was short before trying out because of the nice renders and the MILF, but thanks to you i rather wait until statement of the dev over here.
REALLY NEED PLANNED TAGS to be published (and being honest about them)

Thanks for checking out my game. I'm new to any sort of game dev, ren'py and the creator side of patreon. English is not my first language so I will make mistakes.
Planed tags for now are: Vaginal sex, lesbian, group sex and probably optional swinging involving married Milf character(s) later on.
No NTR planed but there will be avoidable lesbian sex involving love interest, if you think that is NTR then maybe not a game for you. Same with avoidable swinging if that is NTR to you then maybe not a game for you too. Those will be optional and avoidable. Nothing else that I can think of that could be interpreted as NTR is planed.
I don't think there will be any fetish content that is more than what appears in an average porn scene (spanking, ass to mouth, squirting). There are other game devs that can do that much better than me. It would just be very awkward scenes if I tried to write fetish scenes when it is not something that interests me that much.
As for lower patreon tiers and alternatives to patreon I will look into it, I have only used patreon before as a user so that is why I went there.

When it comes to updates I plan on monthly updates with a pre release in the latter half of the month. (Is latter even a word?) Anyway pre-release before the months end. Release release at end of months.
Writing of chapter two is done and some code but no final renders but I think it will be ready for pre-release around this time in September. I write the code when I wait for renders so those are made at the same time.
But me being new to this that maybe wishful thinking. Will have to see when I got more experience how often updates can be released.

Just out of curiosity since you say it is "Avoidable", why do you say that this content is avoidable but at the same time you say "not a game for you"? In other words, if the content is avoidable, there shouldn't be any problem, right? I mean, whoever likes it will see it and whoever doesn't like it won't, it just makes me wonder if it's really avoidable (it doesn't happen in the story according to player choice) or not, maybe when you say "avoidable" do you mean just avoid seeing the scene? (they happen in the story but the player doesn't see it)?

Swinging uh? That + your Patreon description is worrying. That kinda content is a slippery slope that usually leads to NTR. Seems like you're planning on targeting very different audiences. I'd prefer a more focused game, but you do you.

If you allow me I have a couple of suggestions:
1.- Thank you for clarifying the content that your game has and will have, that helps players know, roughly, what to expect, here my suggestion is that you respect that content and those ideas in the long run, not for that you cannot change your mind if not because that helps your users (and potential patreons) trust in your project.
2.- Try to create a story that is entertaining, the visual aspect will attract many users but a good story is always necessary for them to stay.
Lastly, it's more of a question, I hope you don't mind:
