At the beach I encountered problems with the hairs of Marie and Bimbim.
The animation (and scene) was not beautiful so I removed it.
The problem was solved. It was too late but I'll put it in the next update, (normaly).

The neighbor's scene is not activated, there are other things to do before.
I don't want spoiler but the evening is not over.
